My way:
- Good start with tank
- at highest point click rocket/jetpack
- after every third bounce shoot with golden gun at the highest point
This should take you to about 2.5 million foot, for the rest use the nukes
If you can crab ammo...then you should do it like at the beginning of my way because out of screen aren't any obstacles ;-)
