its ez buy tank ,golden gun+ about 50 nukes.
1 shoot him out of the tank .
2 drop nukes one after the other so he dosn't get stuck on anything. stop dropping when he gets to about 500 feet a sekend
3 wait till he is going about 100 feet a sek. then shoot him with the golden gun once. zoom!
4 repeat 2-4 until you get bored.
5 bad aim ? try to pick up the ammo packs when he is going a manageable speed.
shoot him with the gun.

I died on those floating spikes at 303 ft in the air and the menu just flew by me going down and noiw i can't get to the shop :(
