Under rating threshold (show) its really not that hard. 1st aim not too high on cannon. maybe like 35-40deg. and when he's about to hit the ground shoot him and the turtle will go higher than it did b4. if you get too slow use the rocket

Under rating threshold (show) i got close i used 44 nukes gold cannon gold gun auto bomb and missile got under 2.5 mil feet(not by much though) i reccomend about 200 nukes from the looks of it
