Got it just now:Golden Gun, Tank, Missle, Chest Bomb, 33 Nukes. Did it without the 5 hour Achievement.
Basically just hold W&D and drop nukes and bullets on him.

The game is so luck-based I stopped trying to influence it a while ago. Since it takes forever to get the hard badge, I was doing something else and came back to shoot the turtle every once in a while, or drop a nuke if you're out of bullets. Less frustration, more efficient. :)

Seriously, the last badge is so annoying me right now.. It takes forever to fly that far, and when i get past half of it, i always hit one of those spike balls... :/ I give up, have been trying for hours now.
