Mmmhmmm VellX...That's....not exactly news we don't know. It's obvious you need full upgrade, but to elaborate on vellx's idea...
Fire at the upper right corner of the screen on full power, and then use the rocket like five second's later. You'll go way above the screen, and every time you come down use one shot each time.
