oh and also it would be better if when you get a treasure chest from an enemy it has something in it. Its obvious that i don't get anything when they don't drop anything. So why put a treasure chest with nothing in it?

some tips.get your drop rate high as you can, you will find gems and items rather quickly that way.get swords because they have good combos and final attacks and damage, sure the hatchet has higher damage, but it is super slow so foes attack you before you can attack them.if you see a moster with ??? over it, it means you wont kill it at you current level, so stay away from them.dont try to enchant any weapon over level 3 fire thunder ice or poison as it only has a 50% chanch you will get it, i tried and lost 2 large fire gems, a holy stone and my uber awesome appolo sword. i had to buy a worse sword and try to get it to how my other one was. get block chance and magic def as high as you can as these can keep you from dying over and over. get. constitution, strength, and agility high, but leave luck out of it because crit hit isnt as important as hit power, life and mana, or defense and block chance.get the hurricane skill to max as it is an awesome skill attack

After having tried using the scimitar, why is its fourth attack a simple swing? It's got more damage, sure, but so does the sword's diving attack, and that hits way more people all at once. I assumed that since the sword's attack was similar to its active skill, the same would be true for the scimitar, whose skill is several rapid hits, which would make sense if you wanted it to be the speed weapon. But no, it's just a whack. I don't really care to play through Chapter 1 yet again to find out and possibly be disappointed by the axe's attack. I think I'm done with this game.

Awesome game! But it would be nice to give a description what an item does. Like how much the potion heals, and or the effect is temporary or permanent. 4/5 but 5/5 when descriptions come.

love the game. some changes could be made.1 leveling up needs to go faster. 2 make a shop where awesome items are sold, even better than the wagon merchants items.3 acheivents should give you an in game bonus, like gold or exp. 4 make new optional quests more often to help people lvl up faster.

i'm level 24 and i've been trying to get to areas like centaur's/abandoned mines and a third one since two levels now, but i'm not able to for some reason. i have cleared all the other areas many times (i can kill anything with three hits now) and it's getting annoying wandering without a purpose. is there a quest that i'm missing somewhere (i have competed 13 and there isn't any left)? or is it a lvl requierment thing cz if it is it's really unnecesary and should be removed or at least lowered. it is ruining the game for me to have to go kill the same stuff over and over and over again and hardly getting any EXP

schats:if its rosas shop after you complete the dont be proud quest(kill 20 lvl 7 wolves) or anna's quest(rescue her bear from silent hill) rosa will offer a quest where you go into rose woods to gather some honey if you do not accept that quest you will not be able to enter rosa's shop and with the armory he will give you a quest in chpt.3

I like it well enough, but it is missing two things: We need to be able to re-map the keys if we want (arrow keys + j and k just doesn't work well for me; makes my hand hurt from the odd positioning), and there really should be an inn or something in town that restores you to full HP/MP for free or for a flat fee (20gp, maybe? Or just make the save point also heal you, if there aren't any of those in the wild). Till you at least let us change the keys, I'm gonna have to set this game aside and not play it. 2/5, with 4/5 or 5/5 if you make suggested changes.

I think the game has potential, but it's far too difficult. There aren't enough quests, and I'm never really sure to go, so I just go where my current quest says to, but the enemies are too powerful, so I have to go and grind out donk wolves or whatever. Each level up makes you too powerful; what destroys you in two hits at level 7 will be fodder at level 9, it's ridiculous. Make leveling up faster, and have the power progress not as radical from level to level to even it out.
And what does the hit combo do? It keeps track of it, so it must do something, right? Or not? I don't know.

the only gripe I have with this game is that once you reach a certain point...you get 0 xp for killing some monsters....

couple of tips:
blade combo+ life per kill/mana per kill on items work like a charm as you use blade combo that does if i recall correctly 16 fast hits(at max lvl that is) and if mob is low health each of those hits would count as a finishing blow as if you have killed 16 mobs=replenish mana and health very fast.
level bit of str and loads into luck at the start+as someone said %drop rate on items(+2 on each of them to save up crystals)
Check rare stuff merchant every time in town cause he sells best of jewelry+belt available in game(it doesn't change over levels and the stuff he sells has enchantments+ base compose ammount as if it wasn't enchanted)
Have fun.

beginning of chapter 2 the quests should be alot more easier so you dont have to kill soo many monsters until you clear one quest

Annoying glitch - occasionally when using Sword Final Blow, my character becomes stuck in a wall. Can usually get out by jumping around for a few minutes, or if necessary teleport scroll/reload game, but still irritating.
I really love this game, but it would be so much better with more filler quests. Especially with rewards like crystals, exp, or skill/stat points. Hell, all those 'kill xxx amount of monster' achievements could be quests. The amount of grinding you have to do between quests is discouraging.

love the game but one question. How does the little girl even get up to the silent hill and lose her teddy bear where as i a deadly warrior, can barley hack and slash my way up there? that doesnt make much sense to me

alright for thos who want to make a 4 upgade wepon but dont want to risk haveing to find new weapons or armor you can buy your weapon useing click and drag. updrage it to 3 then you can buy them again at the shop all the same stats that you put on it [if is plan and you put thunder3 it will show up in shop as thunder3] if your first one breaks you have a few backups... down side is its expensive

I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere else, so I thought I'd point out some additional information about "gold" chests. They appear to come in different tiers. On a trial character with 150+ luck and 120 drop rate, I've found two "gold" chests, one of which was green, one of which was orangeish. The green contained a yellowitem with additional abilities. The orange contained a +4 yellowitem with 11 compose slots. I don't know how much of this is from the luck stat and how much is from drop rate, but I hope this information is useful anyways.

If you got bored of this game , try my cloning trick . First you need to have the 2nd page of your inventory be full of potions . Second , put an item you want to clone into the first box of your 2nd page inventory . Third , you now have a potion on your cursor , throw that away , close your inventory , walk a few steps ad re-open your 2nd page inventory . Fourth , click on the first box of your 2nd page inventory , and move the item in the first box to the second box . Fifth , move the potion to the two small arrows at the bottom right corner of your inventory which you use to switch pages , click on the arrow that is pointing right , if the potion returned to the 2nd page inventory re-do step 1 to 5 , if it dosen't , move the item on the 2nd box back to the first box , then check if the potion you moved ended up in 1st and 3rd page of inventory , if it appeared , then repeat step 1 to 5 , if it is not there , close your inventory , re-open it , then you will see a cloned item .

This doesn't have very good enemy placement. The fire slimes can still kill me in one hit even though I've cleared out all the monsters in that area (except the fire slimes, of course) twice.

Behold the garbage that is an indie RPG. No thought whatsoever paid to proper character progression, crap exp and gold rewards and quests that result in nothing but grinding, grinding, grinding. This is seriously one shit game.
