afff I don't like this game!! It's long and repetitive! And the longer the fight goes on the more worn down your ship gets. Cannons start reloading slower and pirates start dying off. Makes the fight just drag on that much longer.... Other then that it's a decent game.

Hated this. What's with the magnet effect when you try and move up screen? The enemy get's what seems to be a 100% boost in your direction if you cut it's path.

also for what kotlet said when your up against a shop fighting it go ahead and use your cannons helps a bit and you get the accuaracy bonus

It was a good game until I got to the last level, and then the game only sent out 1 ship every ten minutes. It was fun up until this. So from 4/5 to 1/5 for making me wait for ever.

even on admiral just buy crew on ship and DONT FIRE... just go to the enemy ship and thats all... u can go this way even on 8-9 lvl (i dont test it.. now i`am on lvl 8)

1/5 This game isn't fun. The levels just get longer and longer and your still stuck in that stupid blue piece of ocean. On admiral level 12 when trying to fight the boss ships just keep coming and coming. So the sailors on the ship are smart enough to stagger their attack but not smart enough to just rush you in the begging and win.
Hmm...
Time for some starcraft, a game that makes sense.

Really quite easy, just upgrade amount of men, then speed, then amount of cannons and you're done for the whole game.

@TheOriginalOneUp: basically, you fire with the side which is "up", and you can change it with the "v" button. It takes some practice, but not difficult.

I don't like how you can't seem to control which way to fire your cannons. Sometimes I thought I had the right side ready, but it fired on the opposite side, wtf?

Rating could be higher but the final stages are such a processor drain trying to show the hundreds of cannon balls flying the controls get so sluggish it's impossible to dodge.

The most effective strategy I found was to maximize the mobility skills (moving and turning speed) and mount flanking attacks on the enemies' back and front, as they cannot retaliate. While this does not work on the final boss due to its superior speed, your own speed, assuming it's been leveled high enough, will allow you to never be hit as long as you and the boss are moving in opposite directions.
