Remove the 'glue' effect from boarding, and the fact that ships 'jump' over to you and start shredding your crew. Otherwise fine game

what a waste you get far and save and come back to find out the stupid save does not work. I tried it again just to be sure and saved after the first level and it did it again. So until I waste anymore time on this game you NEED TO FIX THE SAVE OPTION!!!

F**KING IDIOT BUGG IF A SHIP ATTACKS WITH THEIR CREW AND YOU TRY TO ESCAPE THEY DRIVE AFTER YOU AND THEY CAN SAIL BACKWARDS TOO 1/5 IF THIS BUG WOULD'T BE THERE I WOULD HAVE WON ON ADMIRAL AND I DIDN'T SAVE SO SCREW THIS >:(

Great game, a bit difficult but not too bad...until the last boss...ship...thing...That guy is freaking hard, took me like 5 tries to beat that guy lol.

EDIT: Don't buy more than 2 upgrades in shield in order to keep your ship small and your cannonfire concentrated... Otherwise itll go all over the place

Here's a strategy that works quite well.
Spend all your gold on crew members, and your excess money on cannon amounts. Crew = boarding power/reload speed. with 160 pirates (maxed out upgrade), you can board any ship and win. You can beat a 40 sailor ship and take only about 5 casualties. After maxing out crew, try to max out cannon amount, and put some points into cannon damage when you find your cannons not doing as well as you want. Don't forget to put some gold into ship armour when you find yourself dying from cannonfire. Also, a trick to stop ships from boarding you is to wait until they are on the other side of the screen, then sail upwards, and the other ship will move up, and will redo their whole 'side-to-side' advancement.

Realy easy. Just max up the crew and then charge all ships and fire some shots. U will get 100% hit and A LOT of gold bonus and your ship will be fullupgraded very soon. Works great on any difficulty!

A pretty decent game...It actually runs pretty well on my comp, which fails at the newer games. The upgrades actually being decent is nice as well. However, the way in which the enemy ships attach onto yours and kill your men (which you have way fewer of than the enemies at around level 11), gets very annoying. I think that after saving there should be an option to replay, but buy different upgrades. This would allow for more strategy on the player's part. 3/5

Good Game, finally got the hard badge, gets a little too laggy at level 11 and 12 on the lowest graphic settings and quality.

Fun game. Although quite repetetive I enjoyed it :) Something about firing hundreds of cannon balls I guess. Even with good upgrades last level was hard!! 4/5.

Kind of annoying that the enemy ships can sail sideways when they get close to melee range. Fun for a few minutes, though.
