Got the hard badge today. Thanks to Tasselfoots tactic from Kongreguide - best one there is. Makes Admiral difficulty quite easy :-)

Its definitely around the 10,000s. However, I think if you get below a certain point, e.g around 60%, not sure, it dosen't give you any bonus.

To the people saying we should all not fire until level 10 (its possible), that actually loses us cash. You get 2500 for never firing, but you can also get around 8,000 for being around 80% accurate.

love this game on last level!!note that from levels 10-12 boarding the whole round is not possible and you should use your cannon the whole time....an easy startegy...max out crew,then max out damage and speed then you are good to go and make up your own strategy(I gave some to most of the points to turning followed by in this order reload,cannon and armor...)and note that you can only use crew in the ifrst 9 levels and receive 2500 gold bonus for not firing a single shot in each of those levels...

I found out something. When you're boarding them, they will not fire their cannons, but you can.
I like waiting till all my cannons are ready, then engage them, and blast them close range. They usually get destroyed within 10 seconds. I lose a few crew, but that's all.

Oh right, a few other things. There are no water effects, it makes the ships look like there flying. (there not, are they? XD) and the AI should move around more, not just go back and forth. Orc out!

an excellent game, but as has been said. the upgrades arn't for you to choose. the point of mulriple upgrades is to let it work with (almost) any combination. this game doesn't let you do that.

Quite personally i think the most important upgrades here are speed, reloading turning, and moving. Buying extra armour is fairly useless. But this is a god game, which is sometimes frustrating. 3/5.

I have completed the first 3 missions without firing a single shot on the hardest difficulty, and the money is flowing in, w00t as they say!

Don't upgrade your ship armor. It would make your ship bigger and make your fire too sparse. I finish admiral level without upgrading my ship armor.

Good game. Plays a bit like Sid Meier's pirates meets Invaders. Did anyone notice how the ships tend to sail faster upwards when the wind seems to be blowing down... hmm..

Thanks for the tasslehoff tip. You really don't have to play several of the early levels. Get your few shots off then leave you ship at the top and collect the free money. Level 8 now and I haven't been hit yet.

Great game. The last ship took me a while but i figured out the strategy. You just have to make sure you have the max. number of pirates, and have as much pirates as possible survive the enemy ships. Also upgrade speed quite a bit. Then you just shoot at the ship when its turning, when it moves you should be fast enough to avoid its shot. When the small ships appear just let your crew do the work instead of the guns. Happy shooting!

Very disappointing. The final boss is just bad design. The game goes nice until it, the problem isn´t the difficult, but the difference between it and the rest of the game. Almost 5 times more live, keep summoning ships and some times it´s cannon balls take 20(!) of my pirates in one shot! One important rule of game design is difficult graduation, you can't go from easy to hard in one enemy!

Interesting game, but for some reason my cannons kept on shooting from the wrong side. If that was fixed, it would awesome.
