Imperfect for sure. Balrog does not buffer properly with a key board for some reason (or just my settings). Try holding 3p -> to anything... it locks up the ability to do non twitch manuevers.

Haha, this is basically the EXACT game as it was released on SNES. It makes me laugh when people such as Haydren(2 posts down) post "bad game" like their opinion matters. However, it is slightly harder than on the SNES/Arcade, because a keyboard is less suited to this than a controlpad or joystick, hence why combos are harder and slower to input, which may lead to you losing when you should have won. This IS a hard game, but it's meant to be FUN because it's CHALLENGING.

Everyone who claims moves are glitched, learn to press keys in order.
Everyone who claims it's too hard, go and play this in the arcade and watch your wallet drain!
Fighting Ken as Ryu or vice-versa was always the end of the game, it's nothing new, and it's nothing broken.

lol Balrog beats ryu 2 times with 0 vital
I think Balrog is the best street fighter characters better than Ryu and Ken I can't believe I still had street fighter II for super Nintendo

Personally, i enjoy Street Fighter.
Street Fighter = Thinking out and skill.
Tekken = Spam all buttons and pray to God you pull out a combo

I thought this was well done. For those of you who are old schoolers and played this hard core 15 years ago in the liquor stores' arcade, The AI is exactly the same as in the arcade. Not like the stupified SNES version. I really

OK. I've posted a more accurate move list in the forums. It's formatted well there too now. http://www.kongregate.com/forums/3/topics/48664?page=1

Though, on reading some comments, I checked, and the Specials (here "Combos") are indeed listed wrong.
I'll fix them for you.
All moves performed as if facing right.
Notation: D = Down, U = Up, L = Left, R = Right. P = Punch (S,D or F keys). K = Kick (X, C or V keys). Charge = Hold direction for 2 seconds.
BASICS:
S, D, F = LP, MP, HP
X, C, V = LK, MK, HK (Which BTW is HEAVY Kick, not "High Kick", poster (GameTap) is an idiot).
Back to block high.
Down+Back to block low.
Throw with F+HP or B+HP at close range.

Guys. It's emulated. The game isn't laggy at all, it's an EXACT COPY of (I think) the American SNES version of SFII'CE. The MegaDrive (Genesis) version would've been MUCH better (more special moves, bigger sprites, better sound), but thanks anyway Capcom :)

its funny how my super nintendo can run this at a higher frame rate than my computer probably 100 times more powerful than it can.
