Chandygarcia, about your 3cleric+1 mage comment: I did that in the first version, and it made the game pretty easy. Clerics on 1/3 int (healing) and 2/3 endurance, with the mage on 1/3 endurance and 2/3 int (damage). I focused on regeneration much more than armor, and got my mage to regenerate about 44 health a turn by lvl 10. When I had killed the corruptor, I stopped, though. Got kinda boring.

ok i have one thing against mages, i just don't like them very much you HAVE to keep them from dying or even getting hit since their armor sucks so much

I have a warrior with instant kill 50% Cause stun 20%
Ranger blind target 75, Drain health 21%, Replenishment 40% after battle
Mage blind target 65, Replenishment 80% after battle
Cleric cause stun 75%
I'm trying to find legendary creatures in each level for more awesome items

Warrior, Rogue, Cleric, Mage. I've been just steamrolling through the game without any issues. Warrior to tank, with overwhelm and defiance. Cleric for heals and annoint and holy light. Rogue for cripple and coup de grace. Mage for stuns and random damage. Use Mage to stun things, Rogue to kill them with coup. Rogue to cripple, cleric to annoint, warrior to overwhelm basically demolishes everything with a lot of health. Use a bow on your rogue.

I find the standard warrior, cleric, mage, ranger combo the best for some reason. Warrior and cleric to tank, and mage and ranger as nukers. They compliment each other.

Get a ranger and mage, use hail of arrow and electrical storm, plus 1 cleric with shield for tank, another one is a bonus, choose any other character. Rogue will make the corruptor easy, use sap strength to prevent him cast mirror image.

Heh, don't play extreme mode if you can't hack it ;)
And yeah the warrior is great once you get him outfitted, doesn't hurt that execute never gets old!

ok my warrior is almost as fast as my rouge. My way to do this is rings and cloaks of speed and a parrying blade or a buckler of speed and whatever else you can manage with this stradegy and power regain, he is by far my best character including his 1500 armor

To get the Doomed Heroes badge, use a warrior, cleric, mage, and ranger. Give the warrior shield wall, inspire, adrenaline, all 'thick' items, and maxed out endurance. The cleric gets maxed out intellect, revive, heal all, purify, and all runed/intellect items. Mage gets cosmic prism, arcane armor, electrical storm, maxed out intellect, and all rune/intelect items. Ranger gets swiftness, hail of arrows, pin, maxed out dexterity, and all runed/dexterity/accuracy items. Finally, put the warrior as the only person in the front row, and the others in the back row. If you play smart, you can easily get to wave 40+.

Another challenge would be if you had to play as a pauper, no items nor equipment what so ever, what kind of team would you build?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
if you had to had to only choose two characters for this game which two would they be? What difficulty could you do it in?

Has anyone been able to test the skill "Execute"? I'd like to know if your base lethality% is added in, or not. Using Death's Edge and Retribution to gain 30% lethality seems to improve my chances when I only have 40 mana for the execute skill but I can't honestly tell.....

Brilliantly done. Class balance was well-executed, the story was better than anyone has a right to expect from a casual game, and the gameplay was engaging enough to not get tedious even many levels into the game.

oh and on the passive skills, a rouge could take a better one than elusiveness and the warriors leadership should not attack the weakest unit like maybe after a cleave some other character attacks the guy with 15 health left and 200 posien...

my team is either a warrior ranger rouge(or barbarian) and cleric or a barbarian, warrior, rouge, an cleric.ON both, tuaren cheif if u have a warrior and cleric, dont even both putting medium armour on the cleric. Just use the warriors armor whenever he gets better armor.

Still, though it might be the best use of shield wall, as a skill-move it's worthless in a high quickness party that can kill everything before the first round's over. But if you're playing a weak team with only one warrior, shield wall's worth using if you're desperate to keep the rest of the team alive.

With warrior shield wall on, if you use only medium and light armor, then it maybe make them pain, but i think it is bad at extreme(even normal is not good), ppl dmg high and hp also, ur hp is only 1/10 monster hp. there are 6 monsters...Consider the dmg reflect is just a bonus.

Talking about shield wall from the last page's comments -- One strategy overlooked here is using a warrior with all reflection armor, 354% dmg reflection (or more). Enacting shield wall aggros all enemies and leaves you open to attack, however at 3.5x dmg return even late game (lvl100+) enemies take big damage. Against some groups it's better than letting them swing at whatever they want, plus they suffer greatly for it.

Doomed heroes badge. Used two frontline warriors (approx 70% armor), ranger (maxed on intelligence and insight items combo with Natures Balm, gave +49 health per turn per buffed dude), conjurer (wargolem and bloodsprite...only had to use the healing power of bloodsprite once). Wargolem ftw!
