Lol! I don't think that's something to be proud of haha! But yea Garin you might want to ask kong to clear those scores like they did with the highest level rankings. As far as the minotaur goes I can't say for a barb but I slap an armor pot and dragon scale armor on my frontline ranger and kick uber butt so if you used my recomended party then you have a barb 2 mages and a ranger....switch the barb to middle of back row and use charge while your ranger is in front with healing balm, if you have stalkers gear(I believe best for rangers) and maxed halth regn skill you will be able to take the hit, live, and heal all of your health for the next round making it only a matter of time before you kill them, I understand this is difficult with minotaur becuase of his maze attack but if you form them right you will get a set up with ranger in front, barb might be useless if he isn't lined up for charge making it take longer but with plenty of poison damage you will eventually wear it down.

The mobs are getting tougher as I progress + level 200... especially against dwarves and the Dread Father. I'm not sure whether I can make it to level 1,000 in Extreme-Hardcore.

I don't think level 2000 survival mode can possibly be legit. Apart from the fact that monsters start being able to easily kill you in one shot, it would take absolutely forever to get that far since you can't save in survival.

Yea, I also neglected to take into account for brutality. I just got a min axe for my barb. The minataur fights are getting harder with a barb tho. My characters don't last much more than 2 hits and can't seem to dish out that much dmg. I've been "reduced" to poisoning them and making my mages invisible over and over to kill them...

Now if you were playing hard then warrior>barb. But if you just want to crush easy or medium enemies then the whirlwind attack id superior to the cleave attack because there are more enemy groups that they can hit multiple enemies where a cleave can be stuck attacking only one enemy if they have a gap in the middle of thier front line, whirlwind would hit the guy behind in that case as well. Also the defense is overkill, my warrior always has 99% DR in my other game and my frontline ranger has 35%DR and still survives so I'd rather have a barbs brutality stacked on whirlwind then an extra party members basic attack after a cleave. On a sexy note just got a level 1704 minotaurs axe that does 60145 +949 str/end wow I wish I had a barb in my party :( lol

Ok let's start with the survival gear. I use all green thick gear for fighter in front with 2 iron golems, a mage in back with all "runed-insight" blue gear and "runed" green gear for cleric and conjurer. The warrior with the plus 15 defense buff should have about 75-80 DR when youre not healing with the cleric anoint the mage for beefed up lightning attacks.
As far as the campaign is concerned my party is 4 rangers with the following gear-facemask of the bqandit chief, robe of affliction, stalkers leggings/boots/gloves,ring of boundless energy(serpentine rings for uber bosses) magical quiver of archranger bilko and mystically augmented bolt throwers with either enhancement or toxicity orbs.

Monkeybot, I don't know if I agree with a barb over a warrior. I can't say for sure since I haven't played for a loooong time, but I distinctly remember my warrior being able to solo legendary mobs. From a skills point of view the barb doesn't offer anything profoundly better than the warrior.

Since I'm playing again I'll probably be commenting a lot again, oh well. Anyway Does anyone else notice that in any given playthru some loot is really common, This go (only lvl 101 atm) I've gotten 6 orcsbanes, 4 rings of boundless energy, and 5 distracting blades.

About endurance, I was wondering for the really deep in the dungeon. The last time I was playing my part was more of a slow and steady group and now I'm trying a couple mages and a barb (Wonder where I got that idea) 100% offense is really effective. So far I've been completely neglecting gear, I just have it set to only pick up epic or better and just change out gear ever 3-4 levels. It's a real hassle to keep up with all the loot and the recommendation engine is terrible. Monkeybot how have you handled gear because I know you aren't looking at every peice.

Ok wait I'm wrong, the starting health shows and the max health is cut off until the starting life is reduced enough to make room for it. I'm fighting a level 1704 gorgon now it has 60,571,924 life :p

Oh yea also real quick with enemy levels increasing every 20 levels in survival it doesn't seem posible someone could get to level 2000 legitimately as the highest scores show. As the creator I figure you would know if its even posible for level 10 chars with level 10 blue and green gear to withstand a round of level 200 enemies damage? I find it hard to believe.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
No the numbers don't fit...they cut off until they have hardly any life left as the max hitpoints has room to spread out. Oh wow I just noticed it's you, I'm honored sir. Garin this game rocks great job man!

I forget to write (in my three comments-advices three pages older), it's MUCH BETTER to equip some items with power regeneration for all characters (10-20 per turn). Health regeneration is well to, but less because two clerics heal everybody. For cleric's maces, damage isn't important, but it's a bit for conjuror and much for ranger. For this reason, it's better a crossbow for ranger. Kill %, stun %, decrease defense %, accuracy and poison is advisable for ranger; who is the true killer of the roleparty.

Pah! Anyhow I'll prolly stop when I get highest gold and total gold. Plus I wanna see how buff things get haha so far blood harvester's do 48000 damage lol...last gorgon I killed had like 23 million health :o good thing poison damage is cumulative.

I guess bit I think rogues suck ass so if its only there to slow enemies down for the fighter then blech lol. Survival may be about defense but if you want to mow down levels then you need plenty of offense, I suggest everyone in your party have a multi attack, a barb in front with whirlwind and 2 mages and a ranger in back row will kill most enemie parties before they can attack on easy or medium until about level 600 then you will need to be able to go a seconf round with mages lightning attack and hail of arrows...Get to work guys I don't plan on slowing down and I'd like a little competition for highest level :p

Yay i got all the badges for this game. To complete wave 40 on survival I used a Cleric, a Ranger, and 2 Conjurors. Was pretty easy

MrMonkeyBot: you don't HAVE to have huge quickness on a warrior using Bloodlust if you have another character which can reduce a target's quickness...like a Thief with Cripple.

Assasin's leggings have 5% lethality too, but you wouldn't like to use it because it does not provide enough armor rating. 40~50% kill rate is fine enough.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
How to make a lethal warrior with 50% kill rate: Equip Omega Helm(Unique, 10%), Death's Edge( Sword, Rare, 10%), Very Nimble Gloves(Unique, 10%) and Retribution(Shield, Rare, 10%). Hydra's tooth work fine too, since it has about 10% lethality. Then, your badass killer will wipe out most regular enemies in every battle.

ABOUT SURVIVAL MODE (3/3): CAUTION with open new windows while playing or click on profile, etc while playing: it's impossible to save this game, and you can lose it!! I lost it twice when I was about to reach level 40. You have to resist 40 waves of enemies: greenskins, humans, undead and dwarfs (the hardest, because they're Garin's favourites). The way to win is the following: KILL ALL THE ENEMIES LESS ONE (the less powerfull). Then leave him with few life and about to die and pass turns healing, purifying and recovering mana. And choose the character who must kill this last enemy carefully: by quickness scale (1st: ranger, 2nd. manasprite, 3rd: conjurer, 4th: wargolem, 5th & 6th: clerics); the following one will be who will begin next battle. I use the conjurer to kill and then the war golem can cast invulnerability and clerics can cast anoint for ranger and holy light. Good luck and enjoy!! 5*****

ABOUT SURVIVAL MODE (2/3): Skills chosen: Cleric A: heal, anoint, revive, heal all, purify / Cleric B: same but with Holy light instead of purify / Conjurer: refresh energies, wargolem, manasprite, Eldritch Aegis (all the time active without casting more times??) and Call soul (never used, perhaps better banish) / Ranger: Pierce, Hail of Arrows, Pin, Focus, Envenomed Arrow (better than curatives, never used, because clerics heal everybody). Clerics extra 5 skillpoints to benediction, conjurer never mind and ranger 6 to creature lore. Quickness isn't very important here.

ABOUT SURVIVAL MODE (1/3): I've won the hard badge (arrived to level 40. I had to suicide for finishing, submit and get this badge). Without problems with the following party: cleric-war golem-cleric/conjurer-manasprite-ranger. A defensive team, very important in this survival mode. Slow, but tough-invincible (I tried first with my classical team, and it was quickly defeat!). Clerics heal (one purify, other holy light). Conjurer summons wargolem and manasprite and is always taking care (refreshing) of them. Ranger is the ofesive character (hail of arrows and pierce). Don't choose Hunter's prowess for him or her! Cause is there aren't deep creatures in this mode.

Bacially as long as your quickness is over 65 you wil always go before the enemy, this will not increase as levels increase. You also need it for a fighter using overwhelm. If you want a quicker figter keep an eye out for gragon scale armor it has no quickness deduction, also offhand daggers usually have +15 to quickness if you want to sacrifice some armor rating for a faster warrior. If i had it to do all over again a barb 2 mages and a ranger would probably have been nastier but oh well...:p
