This game remembers me athe title "Swords and Serpents" fronm the NES. Its nice get to play those games again. Tho it has the same failure than "Diablo" series, it gets repetitive after a short time.

play an all scout team, get hail of arrow skill as soon as possible, pump dex only, then get poison gear if possible. Spam hail of arrow as much as possible and you'll own

You sir are a god, i can't begin to fathom the time it took to create this. Been playing rpgs since paper and this game took me back to the days of yestergame. ....i need to copyright that word, itsa mine!
If people don't like this game, they never played pong. Kudos to you sir!
The interface is incredible for a "flash game", quite an example of what can be accomplished!

how the heck are you supposed to make it to wave 40? do you ever get fully healed? i made it to wave 5 and died (yes, pathetic, i know), so i'm just curious if you ever get healed at some sort of milestone level, cause if you don't, i can't see how it's possible to survive.

bigbadbyte > I agree that the shop isn't extremely practical, but you should double check what you're saying before you post your comment. There are keyboard shortcuts, and what's more, one of them is EXACTLY the example you gave... Namely, ctrl+click (buys/sells immediately the item on which you click). You can also hit Space once you have selected an item, with the same result.

What the hell... I beat wave 40 (Intentionally died at wave 41) and it didn't give me the badge. It even says "Highest Survival Wave: 41" on the load game screen. =/

if you have trouble, try the good old classic party - warrior middle front, cleric left or right front, ranger and mage in the back. Feel free to swap ranger or mage with conjuror, however if you do USE IT DEFENSIVELY and don't forget eldritch aegis... ignore summoning skills other than blood and mana sprite) For tips concerning skilling and stat allocation or the game in general pm me, I have been playing this game for ages and will be glad to help out if it helps anyone enjoy this gem more.

The shop needs so much work. Selling stuff takes forever. Let us equip things in the shop. Let us sell multiple items with some sort of control click, or set up a key board short cut for it. The inventory limit is ridiculously low. The powers should be explained ahead of time. I walk into battle completely unaware of how I should attack, but it doesn't matter as at least one my charachters dies in the first wave of attack. AND WHAT THE HELL IS WITH THE ENEMY REVIVING! That battle was ridiculous. I took a star off this rating just for that Gralbog guy. Furthermore getting the medium badge, took hours! The badges should better reflect the time needed to be spent to earn them.

My team= Top-Left square - Rogue (Focus on DoTs) Back-Middle square - Cleric (Focus on Healing, keep armoured) Top-Right square - Rogue (Focus on Damage, this is the Infliction char.) Front-Middle square - Mage (You may want it at the back-middle square at first, but once it gets high w/ incinerate, keep it up front for a 1 hit KO.) Hope it helps.

this game gets repetitive because all the monsters look the same.. I don't see how its that hard (maybe because i played on medium mode)

My team = a mage (in the back middle square), a warrior in the front middle square, a summoner/conjourer in the back left square, and a ranger in the back right square. Make sure summoner gets blood sprite AND mana sprite

While roguelikes are fun, this is not. Why? I don't really know, but I suspect it has something to do with simply not having anything very interesting about it. I played the first one, and this one didn't change my mind.

Good game - too many little kids on this website that never played the old video game RPGs. They just want something pretty, god forbid something has good gameplay. This has good gameplay and has strong roots - keep up the excellent work!
