My only complaint is when selling things, I tend to hit return, I think there should be an option to stay or go. dang, didnt sell one item out of a full inventory.

so far so good. i've always seen to lost to that nexus engine thing. max hit with mage was 1440 (electric storm + anoint) thx texshooter

thx very much every1
only problem is i don't like double classes cuz' it destroys some of the fun. im testing out Warrior, Cleric, Mage, and Ranger
warrior and cleric as damage takers (max endurance) and mage and ranger hard hitters (hail of arrows + electrical storm)
btw what is best for campaign? never played it because 20 damage with notched longsword isn't very appealing

Add Endurance to everyone, except the cleric who needs Intellect. Instant death is your friend, not base damage. You can relog to reset what the shop is selling.

Survivor: 2 warriors with regen/vampire stuff, lethality swords, shield wall, execute, adrenaline, one with inspire. Add Leadership. Cleric to heal WITH BENEDICTION, trust me. Although they barely need the heals.. Conjuror in the back row summoning manasprites and rezzing the cleric if necessary.

1 Warrior, 2 Clerics, and a Sorcerer. The Warrior upgrade his/her endurance, equipped with highest armor available, and is placed at the front. 2 Healer Clerics - upgrade their intelligence, and place them at the back. 1 Sorcerer - upgrade his/her intelligence, placed at the back. The warrior buff team damage, and one of the clerics improve the sorcerer's dmg by 170%, then do electrical storm with a poisonous weapon ;)

I've been surviving fine with 2 clerics, and 2 rouges/rangers, what ever you wanna call 'em. One cleric as a an attacker, the other as a healer, and then the two rangers at the back, one with ranged, and one with a spear. Only three deaths, and on lvl 4 ^.^

@ Lonewolf - You could not be more wrong. I've made a Cler, Rogue, Range, Mage team. They worked fine. Just need to know what you're doing. Even on hard, although i'd recommend war on hard

I wish that this game was more balanced, pretty much you have to have two healers to progress. Throw in the need for a tank and you MUST have War, Cleric, Ranger. The only thing you have a choice on is the fourth char.
Excellent concept but poorly balanced imo

Justin this is a great game, but its not good were someone would have rectalsex with there sister.I would say YOUR SICK,YOUR SICK

Tip: It isn't a smart idea to give 1 person all unique (purple items) or orange items (received from bosses and sometimes looted)

Is there any similar games to this? I'm thinking about old school RPG's mostly, I don't care if it's a software I have to pay for. I just found out I like this type of game a LOT.

@bmuscelli We had a delay. It's looking very much like mid-October now. I think people will be excited when they see this game, though.

Monsters Den: Book of Dread never gets old.
I am still enjoying it. Hey does something seem different about the game? I hope another chapter of Monsters Den is
in the works.

hey garin i posted a comment a while back wondering when a new game would come out. i remember you said there would not be another monsters den until next year, but you mention you had something coming out september. its now late september and im wondering hwat to expect.

2 years an I'm still trying to figure out if I like this game or not. I think it's about 50/50 still as some things are awsome and some things I just plain do not like.

I love this game, it is the definitive Flash RPG game, nothing else in the genre can compare - i have even turned down the chance to play games i have payed for for this, but a game of this scale ultimately leaves you hungry for more, I somehow want more content, ect, which bugs me. Also how gear works. I don't want to replace my unique items with plain old magic items only 1 level later.

This is an absolutely excellent game. The strategy, itemization, and storyline are all better than I expected from a dungeon crawler. One small feature I think should have been included is scaling items. That is, loot that levels up as you do. It'd reduce the headache of equipping characters.

Cool! I just did something impossible then :)
You'll find that a lot depends on the lineup you choose. On "hard" you need four characters with good defensive abilities each. I have good experience with a Warrior/Cleric/Ranger/Conjurer Combo while struggling with any other setup.

I used to play this on Armor Games all the time and I still love it. My friends and I would play this and take turns with our characters.

This really is a solid game. Simple, but with enough variation and strategy that it makes it interesting with a good amount of replayability. It would be nice to be able to gain some uber items. I also really can't be bothered with selling stuff and buying stuff, I always choose to cancel that option. Finally I find the difficulty level very high. While I have indeed beaten it, it took a very long time with loads of deaths in the early rounds. I find I am always skipping the Orcs main boss group as they simply beat you every time( they are just too fast). All played on normal difficulty. The math on the game just seems off. Beating this game on hard would be impossible.

Imagine a pie made of Awesome, Which was filled with awesome...It would not be as awesome as this game, Because this game is AWESOME!

Why isn't this game available for download WITH all the classes... I want this in my collection of emergency offline flash games, for when we accidently skip the internet bill...
