Oh I forgot, they still haven't removed Enoxtw's rating, it's fake. They also had a highest level at 999999 in one day so keep that in mind. #2 and on are legit. An easy way to know fake scores are to cross reference the catagories like KuramaKun has the #1 total gold but is nowhere to be found on the highest level or rating. Whereas I play legit so I am on the rating level and total gold. I would be on highest but the scores are so fake that I haven't gotten that high yet hehe. The point being there's no way to have accumulated that much gold without being very high level and even on easy you get a high rating at that level so that's how you can tell fake scores :p

Doublecross I think they hack the programming to plant fake scores I don't believe anyone can hack "in" the game ie hacked weapons for a million damage. Here's the deal- highest rating and level are legit. They clear fake scores off the highest level(I had to send a screenshot to prove my level) Highest/total gold-almost all fake scores. Survival is legit to about 150-200 then it's a joke...300+ are all fake scores and those new 20k ones should be removed soon (refer to postings between Garin and myself concerning this about 2-3 weeks ago) and the highest score is out dated and meaningless(it never has any scores for daily or weekly)

Undoubtedly,It is a great game.The game has a good plot and fighting requires a lot of tactics. If the characters that are fighting in the battle becomes 3D (just like Sonny)and the spells with more specical effects, I'm sure this game would become the most popular game in the web site.

Ohhh... I had an idea for either an update or future game... on the high scores, you can see their party and inventory, to make sure that they aren't hacking to make impossible items, and so people can bask in the items of ppl who are actually pwning. (This should be in the Kongregate scores section)

1) BoD is an amazing game!!! can’t complain. Noticed one glitch you may want to know about. Several times, when I was about to die of poison, if I attacked quickly enough, I would still pull off a shot before the poison killed me. I did that with a ranger, and yes, I checked to make sure it wasn’t a curse, or damage reflect that killed me. If you act of this info, let me know. One other thing… if you used a potion that helps for only one battle, and you fight the corruptor, do the ‘clones’ reap the benifits too?

vivere- if you're doing the 2nd campaign maybe you forgot to click the blue stones to activate it. you should have all 9 by level 9 or 10.

How many floors of Den of Terror are there before the campaign ends? I played the first campaign a while back, but I don't remember it taking THIS long...I'm on floor 33 at the moment. Part of the problem might be that I completely 100% clear every single room on every floor...

My favorite group so far is 2 mages, a barbarian, and a cleric. Mages cast lightning, barbarian does whirlwind, and cleric cast litany of pain. In battles against legendaries past level 50 the cleric helps quite a bit, especially with Benediction maxed to remove all poison or stuns from medusa or gorgan. Minotaurs are never that hard if you have good life drains.

Suiton, no buff of the same kind can be stacked (would been too easy in survival mode); same goes with debuff (would been too easy against bosses). My favorite setup is Cleric, Warrior, Ranger, and Barbarian. Cleric's Anoint and Warrior's Inspire on Ranger (w/ Hail of Arrows and high stun/lethality rate) = Death.

Can the Leadership bonuses on Warriors stack? For example, if you have 3 warriors in the front can they keep leadershipping each other?

What's your favorite group? My one is two barbarian and two clerics, but this lacks of ranged attacks - so the only way is kill one in the first row and then charge :)

How do these 2 skills work: Barbarian's passive skill Vengeance and Mage's Incinerate skill? I don't exactly understand them.

Blue altars and which kind they are(potion/item upgrade/orb) are completely random i have gotten at least to level 300 with 3 different parties and it's never the same. Suiton add Thieves Gloves(-20) and Enlightenmening Hood(-30) for a total of 130 blind ;) Makes Legendaries ezcakes

Just got my first Minotaur Axe on level 50. Damage just went up over 600 points more than it was with the lvl 42 Blood Harvest.... lmao. I doubt any enemy will touch me for the next 20 or so levels. Haven't had a player die in so long I can't remember.... just getting easier at this point. :)

But yea axes are a must for barbs as far as sheer damage is concerned I always use an axe on my baba.

The special effects split on area attack. If you have 60 poison damage added, than if you use electrical storm on 6 enemies, then every one of them get only 10 poison damage, the blind effect also the same. I think the stun and the instant kill also the same (but works).

But I almost always kill everything so quickly now, that I generally give death effects to my ranger. Unfortunately, I think I should change that at some point because hail of arrows doesn't seem to carry it... :-< ah well

Thanks Neko. I think I will do that. The 22% instant kill + my 5% instant kill makes enemies die a LOT faster then any damage I inflict. Also, I have huge bonuses given after any battle so staying alive has not been the slightest issue so far.

I always use Blood Harvester with my barbarians once I get one. I prefer not to try to rely on instantaneous death for my barbarian since health drain keeps him alive better, and the axe does better damage.
Another idea, you could save Blood Harvester for bosses and use death's edge for everything else.

Hmmm.... just found my first Blood Harvester. Should I give it to my barbarian or sell it? It has insane damage mods but his current weapon Death's Edge has a 22% chance to cause instant death.

So I understand that "MUNDANE BECOMES EXTRAORDINARY" means a white item becomes purple (I think), but what does "TEMPORARY BECOMES PERMANENT" do?

I figured I did. If I were going for highest lvl I would do the same thing. I'm just clearing every level entirely at this point. I wish there were more legendary monsters though... only found 2 so far on this campaign.

Oh I was talking about the survival mode you can't get past 300 legit. In the regular campaign you can go on endlessly. And yea I don't clear the entire level, I hit the exit as soon as I find it.

If you can't get past 1000+ legit then how did you get to 1,800+? Also, thanks for the info on mages. I'll start adding poison to their staffs instead of int from now on. Can I assume that anyone getting to super high levels is just killing the boss battles and legendaries and skipping the rest of the level?

You kill 9 Fearsowers and then when you double click the 9 journeyman's stones you fight DreadFather. After that you can keep going forever, everything keeps going up in stats and you have random encounters with legendaries, blue shrines, merc, treasure monster and mixed levels that always produce an orange item.
Survival is tough and and ranking above 300 is probably fake. In an earlier posting I asked Garin and he said it's not posible to get to level 1000 legit.

yesterday, if you're talking about Survival Mode, you just can't beat it......unless you want to try out if there is such thing as 1000+ level? As for the other 2 campaigns, beat the last boss and you basically beat the whole campaign.

Oh Salty they levels go forever, I'm monkeybot the legendaries have like 23 million hp in that game it's pretty cool, you will never cap.
