I think it doesn't matter, not because you're using a rogue, but because your rogue's weapon is a dagger. (Only rogues can equip non-parrying daggers.) If your rogue equips another kind of melee weapon, e will lose dexterity's damage boost; if e equips a ranged weapon, e will lose strength's boost. In either case, e will also lose the +5 quickness given by even non-magical attacking daggers, although the new weapon might have a magical speed boost.

Some glitch with the Kongregate API: It says I have 9912 points and Level 1 (best so far). After completing level 6 the level stat has changed to Level 5 but the points still show the low value.

So when I'm spending skill with the rouge does it matter if I choose dexterity or strength? They had the same plus damage effect and I couldn't see any changes to other stats when I tested it out.

I bet any composition of character classes can descend to level 50.
1. As you go deeper and deeper, a Rogue's Dagger becomes stronger and stronger (through combined STR+DEX scaling).
2. On the other hand, as your Power Regeneration increases, you become more dependent upon major spells (e.g. mass damage of Hail of Arrows and Electric Storm), and the Rogue doesn't have any Area-of-Effect spells.
3. It is also viable to build a front line with massive Damage Reduction END-based character(s) that absorb everything. The Warrior and the Cleric are the most effective for this, because they can wear heavy armor and tower shields.
4. Imho, a well-mixed party is a bit easier to work with, since you are always able to make use of all the best tech (such as an artifact spear or dagger or staff).

Intellect increases the power level of clerics' and rangers' healing abilities, but warriors' Resolve is increased by Endurance instead. No stat increases health regen, except through rangers' Nature's Balm.

A tip: Rogue > Ranger. The damage that a rogue provides and their skills is needed if you want to get that 50 level badge

I think fishing out poisonous weapons or anything that gives you poison in your attacks work well. I got far that way.

There is no highest level; story mode is the first 9 levels, ending with the battle against the Corruptor (hence the badge name). I died on level 20 or so using the default party (one of every class but rogue), and I am now trying again with a rogue, cleric and 2 mages. I'm planning to use Sap Strength against the Corruptor -- anyone know how much power Dark Mirror uses?

Very fun, but.. I got bored of it quickly. Constantly having to go to Inventory and throw away items i dont need was giving me a headache T.T. Its pretty repetitive, but overall id say 3/5.

tipanii: Possibly the game couldn't connect to the Kongregate stat tracking server at the time. If you see the green light above chat, load your saved game and you should get the badge.

I'm confused about the Corrupter badge because I defeated the boss several nights ago, and I completed it in the beginner's story mode, but I never earned the badge. Can someone please help me or at least tell me why? It's rather annoying that I got nothing in the end!

Bug I've noticed, might've already been mentioned: Electrical never seems to miss, ever. It claims to "miss" sometimes, but the targets still take damage. Just thought you might want to know.

loved it! got impossible badge with 1warrior 3mages :D
(just skip lvl 1, get any shield for warrior, put skills in shield block for warrior and electric storm for all mages. end for warrior and int for mages WORKED FOR ME!! :D)
