Hey Garin, there’s a bug at hardcore mode dungeon level 9 when I explored the bottom part of the map. The blue arrow stays and never dissappears even after I entered a battle and left it. I will send you a screen shot of it, my e-mail will be left as a whisper. Thanks, please reply ASAP. This game rocks! 5/5! =)

Strangely, Garin, your game seems to be unable to count correctly at times...
Having said that, it truly is an excellent flash game, and I am currently holding a tournament to see who can get the furthest on extreme difficulty at my school.

love game but couple suggestions:put less items because most u nvr use and they get rly annoying to look through all the stats, and 2 is after u pick the 5 skills that you want, the other ones r gonna be useless, so maybe make some skills that u can only get after certain requirements thatll motivate people more to getting to the next lvl cause it does get a bit repative but overall good game 4/5

My first impossible badge. It does get tedious and boring after some time in infinite mode but honestly, the first 9 levels were great. Nice dungeon crawl.

Sorry everyone, the bug's been fixed.
I still get bug reports about combat crashes, and I want to sort it out before the next game. Unfortunately this time rewriting part of the combat engine introduced some new bugs.. it should be back to normal now.

fun game:) kinda reminds me of some online games i used to play, but without the bother of playing with boring people or moving into position for backstabing or healing. I do think it would be nice if it had more unique items/item stats in it.

Yes, lethality bug is new today. Garin, after you've fixed it, stop messing with this game and build a completely new one.

The lethality bug is something new and not just past level 45. Its something new today I think cause I played it a lot yesterday and didn't notice it at all.

Warning! There is a bug past level 45 where lethality is reversed. I had a warrior at 30% lethality and a rogue at 35% lethality. After level 45 I started noticing that despite being heavily armored, both were being killed instantly and stopped killing the enemy instantly. I was really close to being knocked out on level 48 due to the bug, but after I figured it out, it was fairly easy to get to level 50 on hardcore.

Ugh. Got to lvl 44 before I died. It has a lot of promise if there were more interesting uniques, more than 2-3 worthwhile skills, and isn't simply 3 levels repeated ad nauseum at increasing difficulty.

This is a great game, but lacks some of the Pace and Variety to keep players playing in the longer levels... and there are a couple issues about the story- The story for the Levels before the Corrupter were just a way to introduce a new type of enemy, which really made me really wonder "WTF?" a lot of the time. Then, when The party kills the Corrupter, they see even lower levels while they leave and the Den collapses, but you can magically re-enter the Den at the 11th floor afterwards, even though floors 1-10 get destroyed? Beside those flaws, it is still a quite entertaining game and can't wait for MD2, if you decide to make it.

Pretty great game. One of the best dongeon(sp?) crawlers I have played in a while. Well I haven't played many dongeon crawlers. It gets sort of repetitive. Well then again I have only gotten to level 5. 4/5

Overall a good game. It gets repetitive quickly, these badges are all insane and need a load of patience probably. 3,5/5

4/5 stars. Game was pretty good but a tad repetitive. Reminded me a lot of WoW. Flying through the game pretty fast on hardcore, though but that might be due to my setup. Cleric tank and 3 Hail Rangers. Everything goes splat

A good game, but you know what completely sucks?
Working on a game for multiple hours, and then losing it all when your party dies.

Great graphic nethack game.
Impossible badge is about right, b/c the game gets old at about level 10. It doesn't get harder, or easier, it's pretty much all the same.
As for party config, I went with a Warrior, Rogue and Cleric in the front line and a mage in the back. That worked pretty well.
Please add inventory controls.

great game! I can't even begin to think how long it took to make such an epic game as this. Gotta give you props man, this game is a work of art. 5/5. Oh and sorry about the MaxGames competition...if you ask me i think some people didn't deserved the spot they got.

Brentos: Also, I would always choose DEX over STR for a Rogue, because I can see why a Rogue might occasionally try a Bow (+2 dmg per DEX) but I can't imagine any purpose for a non-Dagger melee weapon (+2 dmg per STR)... unless you're running 4 Rogues or something weird.
Incidentally, a STR-Mage spamming Ensorcelled Blade is an interesting build.

Brentos: yep, Health Regen goes up by almost 1 per level (to +46 at level 50), while Power Regen caps at +4.
But that makes sense, since you're getting 12 or more HP each level and your weapon damage is going up by 18-30 per level, while your MP is always flat 100.

rangers can equip the strongest wepons, (spear and axe ) and they have an abillity to attack 3 times to 1 enemy. a ranger is a must. just a tip ;D

Doesn't work for me somehow. When I finish a battle, it freezes up and I can't do anything. Also, there is a bug message when this occurs.
