good game. but loot could use some refining. i find most a lot of the lower gear is better than the higher and rarity doesn't seem to have a positive effect on items either.

won't bother again. shouldn't be too hard to insert a 'restart from start of level' level after death. no crapping way am i gonna trawl through 5 levels of that again.

Just figured out something that makes the game too easy :)
Warrior with the following Equipment:
Vampiric Linen Cloak of Reflection LVL 4
Silk Gloves of Reflection LVL 12
Unerring Magestell Longsword of Speed LVL 8
Leather Boots od Reflection LVL 9
Aegis of The Immortal Champion LVL 6
Signet of the Demonslayer LVL 9
Soothing Scaled Leggings of Reflection LVL 15
Purifying Suncloth Robe of Reflection LVL 12
Soothing Iron Plate Helm of Reflection
LVL 13
This makes him Immune to Stun and Immune to Poison, and gives 255% Dmg reflection :)
( That managed to kill the lvl 9 guy)

hit by a bug
When fighting the corruptor my computer broke down. When I reloaded the game, the battle restarted, as it is supposed to, but now the corruptor casted dark mirror again and now there are two copies of each of my men. The second one however does nothing but passes all the time. I cannot attack those secondary clones, so I cannot finish the battle

I found the game very good (5/5). With a little extra effort it can become really great. So, if the developers are reading this, here are some suggestions to make the game more interesting:
- rangers are too powerful - three poisoned Hail of Arrows will kill half a boss gang in any floor and I saw they kill the whole gang more than once. And after the hail the rangers still have enough points left for Pierces or Prowess.
- The equipment is sometimes too good too - I found some hardware I could use for ten levels.
- The "go up" trick in practice gives you a third altar - it should have some drawback attached (new mobs when you came back, for instance).
- On the top of the excess altars, you end up with so many different potions (almost a hundred of each basic kind plus tens of all others) that after level 30 the altar are irrelevant.
- Equipment management is very, very boring on the higher levels.
- Maybe the enemies also need more skills and more intelligence.

This game is seriously unbalanced after the Corrupter (the hard badge). When you get that (take off all damage reflection equipment and you're on the way), the impossible badge is just a matter of patience, not skill. Nothing bellow that can beat an all endurance cleric backed by three all dex rangers - I sailed from the Corrupter to level 50 without much thinking. The only point is painfully upgrading the equipment to give the rangers all poison and quickness you can get (and more dex, where available) while turning the cleric into an unpassable wall of armour (he doesn't even have to fight much - most of the time he is stunned or healing or casting holy light). I think mages can easily do the trick too.

I have to wonder how some games get such high ratings, particularly when so many people are commenting negatively. 2/5 from me.

OK. I'm on level 51. And Kongregate says my best level reached was 34. Someone needs to update their servers. =} Or tell me how to make my level register.={

Getting awfully tired of having to restart my game if every member of my party dies. The characters die and the menu erases my game. Where's the "save game" option? Or is that part of the "Hardcore" game, don't die?

A few suggestions I'd make:
A drop in the number of overall drops, because inventory management often takes up as much time as combat does.
A new strata of rarity, as a small % chance from level bosses.

I would enjoy multiple more "final" bosses. Maybe one every multiple of 10 levels? Great game in almost all respects. 5/5

This is one of my favourite games on Kongregate. I don't understand why some people think the game is boring; if you like dungeon-crawler type games, this is a fantastic RPG engine! I would really like to see this engine expanded upon - more classes with more skills to choose from, more different types of monsters, maybe some new things to encounter (in addition to monsters, shrines, items and stairwells... traps, puzzles, etc), and so on. I played this game quite a bit before there were badges, and now I plan to play through to get all of them.

You should make the boss text in the battle preview more noticeably different. For about 10 levels I would just waltz into battles because I couldn't tell which one had the boss.

-2,987/5... slow, unimaginitive, repetitive, gay, plus everything fuzzybacon said, and it overall sucks way too freakin long for the GD medium badge, this game didnt deserve a badge
