I saw Mark play this game, so i tried it for myself. Its addicting and fun! I wasted a whole night playing this, and I don't regret it.

Day 10.. Things goin G R E A T Day 102.. I keep hearing 'laaaa laa' in the background music.. Day 104.. 120 gold from the gold generating machine, and someone exploded.. Nice.

Day 1000: The Head of the Science Council was back again today. He explained that more funds were needed for the"gold generating machine" that they have been working on for several years now. I sit here on my wooden stool, surrounded by a dilapidated castle with only a few staff remaining, the royal treasury barren and unloved, wondering when I shall start earning money from this machine they are-

If you lock the knight in the dungeon, he still shows up if you are out of money. The chest shows up if he's cured, as well. If you are a queen who is satisfied with your hair, the barber calls you a king.

This is a fantastic Feel-Good game. Giving the knight the Dragon Blade gives the people hope. Giving the Dragon Blade tot eh Notorious thief makes people nervous... but cautiously optimistic... I loved that!
On my second play-though I decided to go ahead and ignore the council... which still gave me the notification that I'd completed the game. Playing further though, and talking with my royal adviser afterwards about our feelings was far more satisfying emotionally than being honored as a new council member. I love this game.
