I am not quite sure if this works how i think it works, but upgrading your Angel investor efficiency first and the upgrade the profit x3 options is much more productive then the other way around since you multiply the addeded procuental value instead multiplying the whole sum. Can you somehow fix it, that the order of purchase does not effect the income?

Awesome game. I've played it for about 3 weeks now and really enjoyed it, but I'd really like to see a scroll-feature when you're in the upgrades and managers tab. This would make this game even better.

somehow the 400 Achievment of OiComany isnt locked in so i dont know if this is just a graphical issue or if it affects the gameplay pl fix it thanks

Idle Empire 2 has an option to change your money from normal, millions, billions, trillions and so on. You guys might want to take a look into that so that the people who love to count with all the numbers can and those that don't can pick the least amount shown.

Also, another suggestion if i may, you should add some upgrades that increase the speed for each company by a large amount as well as upgrades that will multiply profits by more than X3 but make said upgrades disproportionately expensive compared to the other upgrades co compensate for their awesome effects. Keep up the good work HyperHippoGames, I can't wait to see what AdVenture Capitalist has to offer in the future

Also, i would like to say, very nice work on the game you've been working so hard to upkeep and update. This is by far one of the most fun idle games I've ever had the pleasure of playing because it gets to the point where you make so much money it's not really an idle game half the time and what makes it even better is that you're always trying to add at least 1 new thing to do with each update making it so the game doesn't get boring and repetitive like most idle games. The only other idle game i like to play is idle mine, but i use a keybot for mouseclicks because really, who wants to try and click the mouse at 300 KM/H when you can get the computer to do it for you. I also rather enjoy the angel investors because it puts an awesome twist on the game making it so nothing is nearly impossible to afford just so long as you have a slight amount of patience to keep resetting to increase the amount of active investors you have

Been playing for a while. Haven't found a mobile game I actually enjoy with background capabilities. Maybe a future adaptation?

I logged on sure you'd all left the project for the day to get some well deserved sleep, but one again you have amazed me with your dedication to the game and the players. ever since the update that gave all those new achievements i've been having a glitch witch made it so even tough i dont have enough purchases (say for example 500 shrimp boats) it still shows as if i had the achievment, i wonder if its just a visual bug or if i actually got them y mistake

for those that are losing date. back up your own save. goto settings ingame, click export. goto your desctop and create any basic txt file, im using Notepad. open and paste. you will see all gibberish save that. do this regularly to keep your game. next time you lose it, just open the file, select all, copy, then back in game click import. Sorted as long as you keep a fresh copy. i copy once a day.

You should make a mobile version of the game for smartphones and tablets and you should also have it so either you can play on a local save file thats saved on the device or import your progress from kongregate. Btw i dont understand why the lesser companies end up costing more than the oil rigs to buy when you have an about even amount of everything. Is the game supposed to be like this or is this still something you're working on??

It would be good to make a new building, like "angels.co" that produces angel investors with separate achievements for getting 25, 50, 100... amount of theese buildings, with a vary high price.

This is exactly why we're redoing the code. We're going to integrate the game more robustly with the Kongregate accounts and back everything up to a database. This is probably going to take more than a week to do though. Hang in there - VERY sorry for the inconvenience!

i belive the values are inverted, to buy the upgrade of oil company from 300 to 301, cost 16,855 quintillions, bank 22.884, movie 30.282, hokey 39.071, shirimp 49.177, donut 60.409, pizza 72.451, soap 84.876 and to buy newspaper delivery from 290 to 291 cost 24.017, sorry for the bad english XD

I don't know if this has been suggested, but it could be a fun cosmetic effect if players had an option to change from dollars to euros, yen, etc. Maybe it could even be a mechanic in a sequel, with different exchange rates impacting profits between businesses located in different countries :-)

After around a billion investors I find that my investor earning rate is not proportional to the number of investors I currently have.

@doulosmedic I was doing the same thing for a while but then I hit the inevitable plateau of the newspaper getting from 400 to 500. Now I just have been resetting ever billion or so Angel Investors because I get bored after leaving it alone for a whole day. I've been idly trying to figure out the number of A.I. to reset at for any advantage vs just letting it roll considering it's probably an exponential or multiplicative advantage but then I realize how long ago I took any math classes and just went with, "Meh, I'll just reset when I'm bored."

As with all Idle games, I love to over analyze as many aspects as I can. It would be great to have details such as...How much money do you have to earn to obtain an Angel Investor? What are the earnings per second for each business? (this seems a hot topic in just about every other comment out there) What is the percentage increase in earnings going to be if I upgrade a business?
This is part of our upcoming re-write - we actually realized we weren't collecting and storing as much data as we wanted, so our re-write will allow us to offer our Math-a-ma-capitalists the numbers they're jonesing for.

These downvotes are worse than monopoly-busting legislation! Thanks for the heads up though - right now, there's a small bug if a session is "suspended" instead of "closed". Suspended sessions do not accumulate offline cash correctly. We're working on it!

I hope people read past comments before posting "newspapers are more expensive to upgrade than oil companies". This is intended and is explained by the devs. Newspapers have a higher multiplier than the oil companies. I know this has been stated loads of times, but I think other people don't know how to check past comments. Stop complaining about the newspapers. This is not a bug. They are supposed to be more expensive to upgrade when you reach 300+.

Yes cyber, that was an intentional part of the game. Eventually Oil rigs and lemonade stands give the best cash per upgrade because of how immense the others get.

Here's what I don't get: at 300 units each, 10 more newspaper deliveries costs 1.972 sextillion, but 10 more oil companies is only $232.879 *quintillion*. What gives?

I'm loving the game. Only dislike about the game: around 400 of everything, the pace of the game REALLY slows down. At this point, you can get all the upgrades so there isn't any way to reach the 500 barrier other than either waiting a really long time or to keep on reseting with the angel benefactor.
