I really like the game, I'm confused by the scaling of some of the businesses though. For example bank #401 will cost me $50.341 sextillion but Oil company #403 will only cost me 16.744 sextillion even though the oil is making me way more money...

Ok, for broken offline mode this is a fix for most people!
Make sure you are LOGGED IN WHEN YOU START UP THIS GAME!
If you do not do that it will always calculate your earned money wrong!!
Please upvote this so people stop commenting that offline mode is still broken.

So apparently everyone was complaining about losing their progress, and I really didn't see the point of their complaints. However now that it's happened to me, I understand why people are getting pissed off. Admittedly, I can shrug off losing a few AI - getting a Million is easy. The problem was, however, that I had 380 SEXTILLION Angel Investors, and that number is borderline ridiculous to lose to a 'cache error'. If that weren't bad enough, it also seems to have destroyed the Kred purchases that I spent on this game. Half a Septillion AIs I can deal with, but losing my Golden Suit and 27x Multiplier is just too damn far.

Offline failed for me this morning but worked later. The way the game works is odd in that it shows the lower value then about 10 seconds later it gives you the real amount of money. The time you are offline determines the length of pause. I may just have not waited long enough after I had slept but I did wait about 10 minutes without it giving me what I had earned before giving up.

Also, the large numbers are named after numerical prefixes, in the order of 10^(3+3*prefix). So Million has mono-(1), meaning 10^(3+3*1), Billion has bi-(2), meaning 10^(3+3*2) = 10^9. Trillion = 10^(3+3*3) = 10^12, Quadrillion = 10^(3+3*4) = 10^15, going for Quint-(5), Sext-(6), Sept-(7), Oct-(8), Non-(9), Dec-(10), Undec-(11), Duodec-(12), Tredec-(13), Quattuordec-(14), Quindec-(15)... With this you can (relatively) easily which number is which.

The number of angel investors are calculated as 150 * sqrt(Total_Earned/Quadrillion) - Angels_Used, Quadrillion being 10^15 and Angels_Used representing the sum of all Angel Investors you used up for upgrades over the entire game.

Something to be aware of.. Companies upgrades that use AI DON'T increase the price of the next company. For e.g. if you have 680 newspaper stand the price for the next one is 2,6 duodecilion. After the upgrade you have 730 newspaper stand and the price of the next one is still 2,6 duodecilion! Doesn't matter when you purchase these AI based upgrades!!

It'd be great if the game had the option to buy x100 at once as well, as well as Reepworks suggested - a single button for each upgrade and it moves up as you buy one at a time.. clicking a lot for x10 is quite annoying after a while. =)

offline loading broke again, lost a whole nights worth of time when i logged back in and see that my 3 decillion/8 seconds oil company made me 24 decillion

How the hell does the pricing work later on? buying 10 banks from 270 to 280 costs 4 quitillion less than buying 10 shrimp boats from the same numbers... And buying 10 newspapers from 280->290 is 120 quint, while the same numbers of banks costs 70 quints? Am I missing something here?

kattw: it is because it doesn't speed up the income actually, but cuts the interval between two payout. And it is most notable with oil rigs, because you usually get the xx oil rig and xx of everything achievements, which means oil rig intervals are quartered why every other interval is halved, thus a lot of payouts happen simultaneously. I hope this helps everyone

Offline mode still isn't working properly for me... left it running for 8 hours and gained 1b AIs when I had gained 7b AIs in 1 hour previously

For offline bug, try export and importy our save ( it work for a friend ).
Offline mod work for me only if pc turns on .

@kattw it happens because the time it takes the bar to fill gets halved and if the bare is more than halfway full you instantly get awarded the profit and any spillover is added to the bar again. This is quite noticable when you hit 2 achievements at the same time as the time goes down to 1/4 of the previous amount for the last item upgraded (for alot of people this is often oil) and get 3 times profit for that venture if the bar is more than 3/4 full.

kattw, when you get the half speed achievements it cuts the progress bar in half so if the progress bar is over half way completed it auto finishes, giving a large amount of cash.

I didn't have the Rapture Contingent upgrade available, so I used this site someone else posted: http://capitalism.blaase.com/fixes/upgrades. Because this data resets all upgrades and achievements, I was able to buy one lemonade stand and instantly unlock all the achievements I had previously (essentially doubling up on achievement bonuses). I was also able to re-buy all the upgrades. This is a massive exploit; I am now earning 2-3 sextillion AIs per second, as opposed to the 10 billion AIs per second before the import. Yes, it fixes the missing Rapture Contingent issue. Leaderboards/competitive modes were mentioned at one point, so this is something to be aware of.

Suggestion. Can you add a buy x50 or x100 button please, my girlfriend is getting annoyed with all the clicking when I reset the game

Not sure if this is intentional or a bug, but whenever I hit a new achievement tier, I get a huge infusion of cash. Most noticeable with oil rigs (you tend to hit oil-rig 25 and ALL-25 simultaneously, for example).
Not to complain, of course, I'm just not sure if it's supposed to happen.
As to KonLesh - yes, if you buy angel upgrades, those angels are gone FOREVER. You'll get new angels if some are due when you soft-reset, but the 10k angels you spent have gone to Hades, and will never return.

I had a problem with offline working but I made what someone here wrote - when you enter AdVenture Capitalist DO NOT change the tab and wait till it will fully load. After a 2-3 seconds you should get all your offline money and AIs
