pear1jamten, No, the Angels upgrades do NOT carry over. They only stay for that "round", until you reset. Then you must do those upgrades again. So you have to think very carefull about those angels. Do those upgrades only when u have a lot of AI.

Game really really slows down when you get to 100 Quadrillion AI, and 800+ investments.. i mean, REALLY slows down.... Or am I doing something wrong?

Does anyone know that when you purchase the angel upgrades, do the upgrades stay with you forever or just that round? Meaning after you soft reset, will the upgrades be still in affect? I know that the angels are gone forever once you use them to purchase an upgrade, I just don't know yet if the upgrade carries over permanently as well, thanks for whoever can help.

There seems to be something fishy about the upgrade prices after you get to the point that you can get 400 of everything ... EG my upgrade for 400-410 (202 sextillion) Oil companies is less than 390-400 banks (337 sextillion.). 330 to 340 newspapers is 130 sextillion.

@happyjoe it reduces the amount of calculations the game has to make, which makes the game run faster on slower computers.

@HappyJoe If I had to guess, its to help with calculations. Its easier for the program to hand less large additions, rather then piles of tiny ones. That's the reason I can think of

Half the time the game doesn't update for me. It will have the same exact $ amount as when I left it. Anyone know what causes this bug?

can anyone help me i have yet to get the 9x speed from angel investors and i've done almost everything except a hard reset of the game (which i refuse to do because of my progress) ive cleared the cache on firefox multiple times ive restarted the browser my laptop logged in and out of kong and nothing has fixed it. if anyone has any suggestion please respond

I think it's getting to the point where an x100 purchase option would be reasonable, and also I would like to see an update to the manager tab, it seems so... useless, once you start making enough money to buy them all at once, very early on. Maybe later in the game you could buy better managers, that would offer increased speed or profits. I still really enjoy the game though.

@HappyJoe yeah, it gives the same amount of money, but on the coding side, I'll say that x2 profit cost less resources as compared to x2 speed, since you're still running the code the same amount of times, while x2 speed will mean that the code needs to run more often(taking more memory, making it laggier, etc)

I saw Reepworks request for a one button that switches to the next upgrade, and I agree that a new organization method should be introduced. However, I think that since some upgrades offer different benefits, a folder method may work better. With this, you have single icons that when clicked, only show those upgrades in that category. You can also include an "All" button to allow some players to view the upgrades how they currently are.

i agree with Reepworks about the upgrade menu, maybe it may even be easier if we could at least scroll with the middle mouse button (not sure if thats do-able on flash games).

Could someone explain to me the advantages of gaining x2 profit over x2 speed? As I understand it, over an infinite period of time those two things will give you the same amount of money.

A $/minute or $/second on each of the investments could be a nice feature too, I'd like to know which of my investments is bringing me in more money per how much I'm spending on it.

This is a great game with a simple concept and angels add replay values. I think I came across a bug I am nearing 300 for each company. The oil company is the cheapest and it gets more expensive as I go down. The news paper is the most expensive of them at 300 companies.

@Desent That's supposed to happen. Quoting from iceman23: "To everyone asking: Each company has a modifier from 1.07 to 1.15 to determine the cost of the next level. For Lemonade Stands and Oil Rigs, it's 1.07, so the second one costs 1.07 times as much as the first one, and the third one costs 1.07 as much as the second one (1.1449 times as much as the first). The Newspaper Stand multiplier is 1.15, the highest in the game. So while it may start cheap, it accelerates at a rate of 1.15^n. At 500 units, a Newspaper Delivery costs 1,941,879,765,789,736,884,847,423,017,640 times (~2 nonillion times) as much as it initially did, while an Oil Rig only costs 459,732,350,086,026 times (~460 trillion times) as much as it initially did."

For those who are wondering what's needed to get to the 900 mark... I can get to (numbers of businesses in their respective order) 1400 / 800 / 820 / 900 / 900 / 840 / 900 / 920 / 1030 / 1150 within 10 minutes after a reset. This is at 16 quintillion AI. I have a bonus multiplier of 3 (1 x 10 kreds). Buying 10 newspapers from 850 to 860 costs 1.007 quinquadecillion, and I'm assuming the next set, 860-870, costs around 4+ quinquadecillion. Just to give you guys an idea how long it will take haha...

Of course I'm entirely against the idea of Capitalism, however I will admit to spending way too much time playing this damned game. I just have to keep raising my revenue and oppressing working class people and foreigners! I can't stop!
