After the update it's mostly screwed up. Not all of the achievements I got are there (for example it looks like I have 0 oil rigs from the achievements but I actually have 292), my money counter is blocked at 0 and I really fear a lot to reset and start over after what I read about instantly gaining billions of angel investors.
Export your save first, to ensure its safety (and then paste it into a notepad), and then try soft resetting. Have courage! We'll be monitoring this update closely. If it goes haywire, we'll make adjustments asap. Thank you for your continued interest in Capitalism.

Newspaper Deliveries up to Shrimp Boats will be far more expensive in late game than Hockey Teams up to Oil Refineries.

ok. Update went through. I like everything. One small problem though. It took at least 1 or 2 weeks to amass 200k angel investers and now within 5 mins of the update I now have 120 million. I'm gaining 1 million investors about every 3 seconds.

The cost of the oil rig wasn't updated properly. Costs at: Oil rig to 531 is 96 quint. Bank to 501 is more at 110 quint.

Nice update, however we are still stuck buying things at best 2 at a time, can we get the chance to just buy max or x10 or something

The Lemonade Stand statistic is not counting all-time highest stands, it is counting every stand you buy across resets. Is this intended? You could easily game the scoreboard by buying 500, resetting, buying 500 more..

I have 112k angel investors.
I had 200 of everything (just reset, had been playing for 1 hour or so).
Update came...
I now have 500 Oil rig, 500 bank, 700 lemon stand (idk lol), and 400 of the rest. If I reset now, I gain... 357 358 359 ... it's going too fast! Each second I get at least 1 more million angel investors if I were to reset. This pretty much ruined the game =/.

Pretty sure there's some kind of a bug. Immediately after buying something the numbers went up to septillions, and investors reached hundreds of millions from 170k.. It didn't even take a minute to get all of the new upgrades.

My data was saved during the update (yay!) but the character looks like it does at the beginning of the game (with the simple white shirt), but he does have a top hat on. Wtf? (I'm at 200 or more of each investment)
This *shouuuuld* correct upon a soft reset. There's been a few bugs which have been simply unusual to track down and squash. Thank you for letting us know!

Double click bug still works, just says $0.00. Now the game gives me pretty much everything instantly, which downgrades the fun. I clicked something and for some reason EVERYTHING sped up A LOT. The oil was about a minute now it's about a second. I'm earning about a septillion a second and now I find it more boring than it was.

Did you know Kongregate comes with a preview mode? You can plonk an old save in there, test it out and watch it happen. This would have been spotted in 10 seconds if you used a savefile that had a game in progress. The bug is that the achievements are reapplied...

I think something is terribly wrong. I had 300 of everything at the start of the update, in less than 3 minutes I now have every single new upgrade and I've earned over 50 million angel investors...
Let us know how quickly you hit the 500 marks on your investments. They should still prove formidable. But we will definitely re-check our balances. Thank you for the comment!

As soon as you start up again after the update, make sure you buy one of everything, the achievements you've earned for particular buildings are disabled and you need to buy one more to get them all back

At first I looked at this game, what it had in all the various tabs, and thought, "This is like a cookie clicker rip off." But after seeing the buildings' pay-out bars filling up at silly fast speeds... I think it's different enough to be awesome.

Ugh, That moment of dread you hit 300 oil platforms then realize due to the exponential curve, most things take even more $$$ more to get to 300!
