I hardly think taking the time to refactor your code and make the game the best it could be is bad news. Sounds like a committed developer who cares about his users' experience to me.

Has anyone else noticed that the higher quantity investments have realy wierd cost issues? For example, at 280 units, the movie theater costs MORE to buy more of than the bank.... And it's not the only case in wich this happens... just saying. You'd think it would cost less, since it gives less money...

The leap from 400 to 500 is immense! Spent few days on getting it with 15b angels. The curve is still kinda unrewarding for active players? Still, 4/5 and playing this everyday :D

Thank you for an amazingly addicting game. Even though my progress reset, I actually had no issue with it! For once, I don't mind restarting on a game, simply because it timed perfectly with your update! I started exporting my data though. Amazing work, and after your last message, kudos on the amazing "amateur" code. The bigger companies can take a few tips from yours!

I lost all of my progress randomly, don't know if there's some way to restore it, but i had something like 10k angel investors that were just gone randomly. Any help would be really appreciated, love the game, keep up the good work

about the x10. i think that you should make it so that you cant click it if you cant afford it and then add a button to buy all :D

@dooley I think joeboats meant the right column, not the left one. He just misplaced them. And yeah, I'm in the same situation right now, really need something to do in between 400-500 on the left column, because it's getting pretty boring resetting constantly and still not being able to get 500 on everything.

In my opinion, you should keep the buy x10 button the way it is. It's nice being able to max out with one click instead of having to switch and buy each investment individually.

@joeboats - That's impossible but I do see what you are saying about needing something to do between 400 and 500 lol. I have 85 billion AI and couldn't get the left column to 500 in 200 minutes, nevermind 10-20 lol! 400, yes. 500, no.

Don't know is this is correct or not but the upgrade costs seem off to me. For instance the Donut Shop costs $60.409 Quintillion from level 300-301 yet the oil company costs 16.855 for the same upgrade.

Looking forward to the update!. Hopefully then there will be something for us to do between the 400s and the 500s.
As it stands (with 23 billion AI), I can get the whole left column to 500 in about 10-20 mins, then there is nothing to do. When I turn the game on next day, I still cannot afford anything. Reset. Repeat.

@Dev please put a huge notification or something that says that businesses have different multipliers. Or just put that number on the slot itself so we can see an end to all the derp comments. You know the "omg newstand why so expensive must be bug lol"

Even weirder because I didn't suspend my game, I closed the browser because I have a desktop PC, and even that way it didn't advance while offline.
What I don't get is why dumb people keeps downvoting anyone who states a bug and tries to help the game. Please dumb people, don't down vote unless it's a useless message, if you keep downvoting bug reports some of them may end up ignored and not being ever read.

When it comes to the x10 button. Can you cancel out the option of buying what is available below the x10? just because i thought "oh I can buy ten of these perfect" but i only buy a few. This game is very fun, but measure is very important to a player, as to what they've achieved . Ive played many idle games and I cant wait for Kong to come out with some badges :P

Hey mud for brains, sorry for being crass but that's supposed to happen. @magiciandjelko each item has a different multiplier. Oil rigs and lemonade stand are the lowest.

I'm observing the following issue:
I have 300 of Oil companies, Banks, Movie studios and Hockey teams but 301. Hockey team costs ~39 quintillion, Movie studio ~30, Bank ~23, and Oil company ~17. So it turns out that the prices got reversed somewhere in the process. I always both things ins x10 batches, and I reached 300 of Oil companies first, then Banks, then Movie studios, and then Hockey teams.

I had a pretty decent Capitalist going on, but my pc stoped working and i had to chance pc,,, i lost everything, is there any way go get my stuff back? (i'm okay with starting a new one, and i'm doing that right now) just wanted to know if its possible :l

Maybe achievements for Angle Investors, purchasing a certain amount of upgrades/managers and the amount of time spent on the game (idle and active) would be nice?

This is one of the few games I have ever played where the developers had such interaction with the players, and kept us in the loop at all times. It's nice to see, thank you!

Hey dev's, you've been posting that you're going to be releasing a bunch of new features for about a week now, yet nothing has really changed. It's getting difficult to take you for your word that THIS week something is actually going to change. I understand your predicament (I've only just learned Java programming) and am more than happy to give you all the time you need, within reason, to let you do an overhaul on the game. Just, please do what you've said you'd do first.

I know it´s a fun game, but I can´t help myself. I´m a numbers freak. Return on investment. Lemon aide presently at 241. Invest 20 Trillion bringing the per-second profit to about 7,000 per second. It would take 120 days and a few hours to make a profit. Aw, who really cares! It´s fun as hell and I´m cyberly rich!!

I do love this developer more than I probably should (I'll buy you dinner first, don't worry). They recognize problems, listen to their players, and help them when they can. All of this being said, I just lost my progress to a power outage, and not for the first time. Just a little miffed that about 2 weeks of work is down the drain, and of course I don't learn my lesson and use the export feature nearly as often as I should. (I promise to try harder this time). I just can't wait for this issue to be resolved even if it requires a game wipe. Thanks for all the shrimp, and I'll keep on investing!

Question: Does speed double at all past 500 units? Just wondering if it's worth going for 600 oil wells while I save up for more newspapers. BTW continued kudos to the devs for all your efforts!

It would be cool if you could see which upgrades you could buy without having to go to the upgrade/manager tab. A small notification, like a number (1 for 1 upgrade ready) would help!
