@Stichlasser: you get 'potential' angel investors based on your income. Basically the more you play (considering you upgrade continously) the more investors you will get. BUT, the angel investors will be effective when you reset your game, so you start over but your income is boosted by the angel investors (starting with +1% per angel). So next time you will have higher income, you will get more angels .. etc. ps. every time you reset the new angels are added to the original investors, you will not loose the ones you earned previously.

Ireally don't see the point of price growth. at level 400 as egzample car wash prise is 41 septilion on the other hand oil company is like 15 sextilion its insane with now logic and newspapers are at 100 septilion. this really pisses me off. but the game is still addicting and cool. :D Great job on improving it. Thanks. Good luck. :)

Great game so far, will you make a mobil version for Android (and iOS) when even more stuff you can invest in like a helium³ "farm" on the moon or some other (yet) unrealistic spaced out stuff and with like superangelinvestors who give like 50% more on your investments... ?
I think you got what I mean :D

best developer ever, what other devs go through answering every semi-legit question, instead of just making the game, HYPERHIPPOGAMES is literally taking every serious opinion in here seriously. This is going to surpass cookie clicker in plays one day for sure. With devs like this, they are clearly destined for greatness. you guys should do i parody game once this one is nearer the end game process called "ADVENTURE COMMUNISM" where everything costs the same price and if you have to pay an obsurd amount of taxes to your supreme leader kim jon-un, instead of angels you earn artillery that protects you from getting killed for not paying taxes
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@Stichlasser you should wait to have at least 100 angel before reset, that way you will have a significant boost, at only 18 it won't change much.

It would be awesome if you add a message when you hover over a buy button and have x10 activated that the price for 10 items would be displayed

Are you aware that the formula for building costs is flawed? Starting somewhere around 285 the 'cheaper' buildings start costing more than the more expensive ones.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
And when is the best time to reset for the first time? Im about to get 50 oil rigs (started yesterday), should i wait or get the profit from the first 18 angel investors?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@Stichlasser it takes a LONG time before the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th lemon upgrades are worth buying, but eventually they do become the cheapest way to increase your $/s. I typically buy them when their payback time is around a million seconds (11.5 days) according to my spreadsheet. I reset before then so no they don't pay for themselves, but they do increase the $/s in order to get more angel investors.

I would love this game SOOOOO much if you could add that whan you click on x10 that you see haw much the 10 cost and not the x1 numbers (sorry if grammar or something is wrong im bad at writing englisch + im german)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Personally I'd like to see the interface change when selecting "BUY x10" to reflect the amount of money I'm going to spend per click. I know it's a simple bit of maths but I'm lazy ;)

I fail to understand why the 301st Newspaper delivery costs $97 quintillion and the 301st Oil company costs $16 quintillion ...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Is it usefull to buy the 2nd Lemon upgrade (or any other upgrade except for the oil/"all" upgrades)? I think it takes forever for them to pay for themselves ...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Really nice game, but I have a bug. Newspapers cost more to upgrade than oil rigs. I have 338 newspapers and the next one would cost 19.679 sextillion but my 346th oil rig would only cost 354.001 quintillion. Even after I reset the game the bug is still there.

How does one submit to the high scores table. I have far greater scores than the ones listed yet I do not show on the list at all.

i suggest that the managers be redone and either we get managers but the catch is to pay them each hour/ each time the progress bar of the store goes to the end OR we buy managers upfront for the hour or 3 hours or 8 hours and make it cost a lot, like a septillion for a full-time lemonade stand manager... just a thought to add some depth to the game
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
i think it realy need a wiki page or some formula in the description :)
it's hard to find(out) how the prices go up ex.:1,07^ for the oil
and i am still looking for how the AIs decide to join me but i'm sure they slower after all reset per same money earned

Really enjoying this. Rather than making us count digits for billions and trillions, how about using words rather than numbers for those too? Already works very helpfully for quadrillion, quintillion, etc (also a useful vocab lesson for very large numbers...)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
heki, why dont you calculate how much you make per min (just look at your initial money and subtract it from how much money u have after a minute), then divide 50 quadrillion by that number and wait however minutes
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Sooooo I need like 50 quadrillion for that next awesome upgrade, uhm, can I get an SMS, app alert, whatever when I have enough money? :D ETA so I can set an alarm? :P

Okay um...
Newspapers cost more than soap over time eventually...
>.> Like I'm at 335 of newspaper and soap and soap costs 8sextillion and newspaper costs 12 sextillion..

My game is finally working again.. almost. I had to .bak my save file as I think it was corrupted, and start from the beginning again, alright that's cool, I can always run the game for a few days.. but wait, offline mode isn't working for me. Help!

Please correct the bug that makes the cost of poorer enterprises to purchase 300 more and more companies value the better.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
You get angel investors by making money. It's automatic, though I don't think you get any until you've made billions or trillions. Then, when you make money and those investors accrue, you activate them by resetting your stats and restarting the game. In the next round they will provide dividends on the money you make. This is true of every round: get investors, reset, new investors are added to the old investor pool, restart. When you restart your investor pool will increase your profit. Remember, you won't lose anything by reset/restart... but you will have to re-purchase everything. Think of it as starting a new hedge fund. ;) Hope this helps.

I feel like instead of a hard reset for everyone, you could release a second version of the game with more things to buy extra manager benefits such as franchise manager 15% to sell two items, 50% chance to half the time for next collection, 0.1% chance to increase production on collection (+1 shop/stand). Increase money 15% while online/ increase money 5% while offline. The buy 100x could be a manger thing also the buy all.
There could also be conditional mangers such as if 100 lemonades and 100 newspapers promotes lemonade at newspapers for 2 x profit.

In response to a comment by anon9mous addressing a timer completing upon completing an achievement, I think this is a result of how the game cashes in on investments.
The game most likely counts up for timers, and displays the countdown as maxTime-currentTime, where currentTime is the time elapsed for that investment, and maxTime is the time it takes to cash in. Here's a simplified model of how I assume cashing in works in this game.
if(currentTime>=maxTime) {
giveMoney();
currentTime-=maxTime;
}
This isn't perfectly accurate for a variety of reasons, one of them being that this game is almost certainly not written in C++, but it shows the basis of how I think it works. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, Devs. I'd love to hear an insight on how things work backend.

Why you shouldn't do a kongregate-wide whipe:
Asides from the fact that many people have played for a long time and have worked up a massive ammount of angel investors; the game isnt MMO so for those rare folks who /do/ take advantage of the game, it doesn't affect anyone else but them. Great game :) Don't whipe!

Suggestion: It is just a small thing, but would there be any way to implement mouse wheel support in the menus? I.e., middle mouse wheel scrolling of upgrades, managers ...etc. Again, it's just a small thing, but to be honest, it's a bit annoying not having it :)

Prices go up, depends of what You bought first. Iv got 300 Oil rig, and have to pay 16,855 quintillion, for next one, but when achived 300 of pizza stands, as my last thing, for the next one i will have to pay, over 79 quintillion. Only the lemon stands price looks ok.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@anon9mous, this may seem like a bug, but it isn't :)
Say you need 2 minutes to get an oil rig, and you have 40 seconds left. This means you have been running it for 1 minute and 20 seconds since the previous completion.
Then you get an achievement, so next time needed is 1 minute.
The game then recalculates the Oil Rig, so for the 1 minute you had already completed, you get a payout, and you get the left over 20 seconds in the next run, so you will again have 40 seconds left for your next payout.
