You need a less intensive way of figuring out the amount of offline money gain. I left the game two days ago and now with all of the Angels and upgrades, along with 500 of everything, my comp freezes up freezes up every time I load the game... GREAT reward for those who get 500 of everything...

The x10 buy button is appreciated, but is the price for Newspaper Delivery actually supposed to be higher than Oil company once you get into the ~300's and above?

i had 5000000 angel Investors, speakers stop working, had to restart laptop, now i have nothing, import was invalid, is there something i could do, it appears turning devices off restarts game as well

I went and did the math because it was bugging me. Every time my oil companies pay out, they produce 267635.714 TONS of cash (1 Million $100 bills weighs 20.4 lbs, $9.8B to then ton, producing $262.283 Sextillion)
Try letting it hang for a while. If your browser says its unresponsive and asks if you want to close it, say no. Mine hanged for probably close to 75 seconds once. We're working on this issue right now.

OMG People stop whining about the scales of the prices... I think makes getting to the "DREAM" (all achivements unlocked) soo much harder... the fact is at later times getting 400 in oil is easy but getting 400 in all of them to increase the speed of the oil (your main money maker) should take alot longer then it would seem so having to get a un godly amount of angel investors to get to 500 in all stands is the reason I like this game.

You might want to force companies to update money slower to compensate for numbers flying to reduce lag. If every 10 seconds you gain the average of your predicted growth of 10 x 1 x growth/second, it could slowly update to the next greatest average as you upgrade things simply every 1 to 5 seconds and then shoot you a lump sum every 10 seconds.
Making payment every 10 seconds slows down the game initially, but if the game had added business to own this would reduce a whole lot of lag with less numbers flying. what do you think?

you are going to run out of space to slow down digits and the games going to crash on old computers when they get deep in.
You might want to add a 10x 100x etc dollar amount option to the game for how you hold on t your currency, so big numbers can be stored with less counting. So like if i have 1,000,000,000 dollars and i select 1,000 dollar bills I had 1x 1,000,000,000 dollar bills, now it displays a tighter number of 1000x 1,000,000 which = 1x 1,000,000
This would allow you to add pages past the oil rig of businesses to own without flooding the system with too much text to load.

The current amount of money I am making at my newspaper sales would take me almost 160 years, by itself, to buy the next level. Whereas, the oil rigs would only take about 6 minutes. This doesn't make sense to me. Could you please explain this? Still love the game BTW!
Thanks for saying so! It was a bit shocking just how many things went wrong though. At the very least, it's made us more cautious and thorough in our testing, so it definitely wasn't all bad. :)

You need to make the game check the sound settings BEFORE it starts to play the music. Every time I load the game, I get a few bars of the music before it realizes I turned it off and shuts up. >_>

achievments should give bonus money modifier because stuff like the lemonade stand dont make anything near what it costs to make them

One feature I'd like to see is (possibly as a buyable upgrade?) a money per second readout, and possibly also something to tell you just how much buying the next lemonade stand, newspaper stand, etc will improve your money per second.

Liked It before but since the update there's no offline and my game resets (back to 0 investors as well) if I leave it offline for too long. For an idle game this is something of a dealbreaker.

Minus the lemonade stands, the ones on the left end up costing more than they are making. This is a great game, but that doesn't make any sense. A businessman would not buy or invest in businesses that cost more than they make. Even over time, the left side doesn't make the money back that we've spent on them. I know you said you did this by design but there is no logical or business sense behind this.
Supply and Demand. Your weaker investments become your loss leaders for promoting your viable investments. Soon you'll use your overwhelming control of media and adventising to control the economy further. This is the idea at least. The new End Game we're working on should help explain and justify the balancing.

about the newspaper/oil issue: A. oil is a 'natural' resource, newspapers are NOT. B. newspapers REQUIRE oil for production and thus have more overhead. C. It might become cheaper by buying a forest/lumber-company (solving the other resource supply issue).
Let the game hang for a long time - it usually does the trick (like seriously, mine took around 75 seconds once). We're working on this issue right now.

Just a thought for an update (or perhaps an AdVenture Capitalist 2). What about zones? Like you start in the USA/Canada (or just North America) and after you have $x or X number of "spare" angel investors, you can purchase the ability to open up some businesses in say South America. The businesses in South America would have a South American flare to them (Torta Street vendors, etc) and would start out cheap just like in North America and add to your total investment money, until soon you become an international mogul, with businesses around the world.

Sorry for the multiple posts, but checking back, I thought that 1 quadrillion was supposed to be 1,000,000,000,000, instead of 1,000,000,000,000,000. My bad.

Actually, I think it's an issue once your total current money go past 1,000,000,000,000. The game registers as 1.000 quadrillion. However, when you earn 1 quadrillion, your current balance registers as 1.001 quadrillion, when it should be 2.000 quadrillion instead.

I think something is wrong with the values. It seems like the game actually registers less one zero for every zeros that shows up in your earning.
I.e. Game shows that I am earning 2,000,000. However, everytime that I earn that 2,000,000, the current money that I have increase by only 200,000.

idk what happened but it seems i make more in a couple hours online than i do with 2 days offline. maybe it was just a bug that arose after updating teh game but now it seems impossible for me to doanything unless im all day staring at the screen to ensure my money actually comes in. so annoying

I think there is something wrong with the High Scores, it tells me i have 199 lemonade stands, but i have over 500 of them. My AI's are not even counted :(

When you click on Buy x10 it should change the price to how much for 10 not the single price. Makes it easier to see how much you need for 10 of each investment.

It looks as if every reset I do it takes more money per angel investor is this true? i figured about 20 trillion on the 2nd reset and around 45-47 trillion after the third reset. Is this an intended feature of the game?
