it would be cool if somehow, like, when you changed how many of each thing you want to buy (1x, 10x) then the prices changed too to show you if you had enough. i don't know why but i get really embarrassed when i mean to buy 10 and instead buy 9.

Sorry for my mistakes, i don´t speak english perfectly: When you scrolling up and down the upgrade´s page it vibrates and shakes.

Why does nobody notice at the 100 mark Lemonade costs about 3 thousand and News 70 million (23 thousand times as much) and Car wash is 353 million (about 5 times as much as News. Then at the 200 mark Lemonade costs about 2 million and News is 82 trillion ! (41 million times as much as Lemonade) and Car wash is about 173 trillion (barely over 2 times as much as News). This game is about numbers. Sometimes it's worth buying just a few of a business, to bring in more money per cycle (if the time to finish is short enough) Sometimes it's worth "losing money" (where it costs more than the business produces) if it gains a milestone & speed bonus especially when it affects the others. Mindlessly clicking a hundred at a time down the list is just poor business strategy. Learning when to "level up" each business & when to reset to gain more investors is key.

About upgrade prices.
Example: Shrimp magnets have a listed price of 2 quadrillion, but actual price is 2.5 quad. Some excess rounding here.

I think people would accept the "inverted pricing" more if they understood why. The only reasons I can think of right now are that
1. it creates a tradeoff between upgrading just the good stuff to get money and upgrading the overpriced stuff too so you can get the bonus for having 300 of everything, and
2. It offsets that the upgrades for newspaper are cheaper
Number 2 isn't a very good reason, though.

To the Developer, i applaud your perseverance on the inverted pricing structure from newspapers to oil rigs. However you are fighting a losing battle. People are down rating the game for it. What is your pride worth?
I think we see these matters quite differently. It's not that I have a personal attachment to the way it is, it's just that I have a particular design in mind. Down voting is certainly not something to fear - it's the voice YOU guys have to let us know when you don't like what you see. ALWAYS vote your opinion. But I'd really rather try to make the game the way I imagine, than switch gears too drastically. But I hope you believe me when I say it's not a matter of pride. My only goal is to make a game that you guys enjoy.
Truth be told - one reason I'm stoked for the design I have is that it's different from other idle games. I'm really trying to embrace those differences. Naturally, your mileage may vary.

I have been playing this game and enjoying it so far but I haven't one major complaint. My computer has been getting some BSoDs lately (unrelated to this game) and so my computer restarts automatically. If it does this and I try to restore the game from Google Chrome it always resets my game to 0 dollars. If I restart the game by going to Kong and then selecting the game I get back to where I was. Please try to find a fix to this somehow!! This has happened at least 3 times now before I figured out the cause. I want to play but can't keep going through this heartache!
We're trying to figure out another means to save progress. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear to be possible with the Kongregate API. We're exploring other options as well. Right now, crashes and unexpected restarts are like the plague to AdVenture Capitalist. For now (until we can work out a fix) I highly recommend backing up your games with the export feature. Truly sorry for your inconvenience.
Nope! That's how it is. We emergency patched those numbers when we thought they were ruining the game, but it turns out the issue was bug related. However - I don't want to do anymore last minute balancing, so those numbers are going to stay, and we're going to implement more upgrades and features that make up the short fall.

The lemonade stands become pretty obsolete after 500 (for the 500 of everything achievement). Maybe in the next update we could get a permanent achievement for getting the lemonade stand up to 1000 (perhaps +1% angel investor).
Secretly, my goal is that by the end of the End Game, Lemonade Stands will be as powerful as Oil Rigs. They should shine as a symbol of your wealth and power. Those upgrades are coming soon-ish.

@liffie420 It is your cash earned (not total) and you don't start getting any until around 5 trillion i think i can't remember but just save up at least 50 or so before your first reset

THANK you for multi-buy. My fingers were aching from clicking so I decided to use an autoclicker.. Now I don't really have too, lol!

Not sure if anyone else will go for this but, It would be kinda nice (up to a point) if you get 250 angels you have the option of getting rid of them for a chance of getting up to 125 angels with +3 or +4% instead of the +2.
meaning if you have like 1k angels you have a chance of getting up to 500 angels with +4% base. Or a few at +3.

@Aella, thats because that upgrade costs slightly over 2quin, its like 2.2 even though it doesn't actually list the extra little bit.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
There is a bug in that when you have 2 quintillion available to buy the imported ice cubes, it will not allow you to.

I have 13.7 billion AI's, and it'll still take me days to save enough to get the newspapers to 500.... you might want to scale it back a bit with the way the prices rise.

Not sure if it's a bug or random; but if it's a design choice, I find it odd that I earned the moon base before the yacht. For that matter, iirc I got the base before the car. I guess they must be constructed of unobtanium.

Did a hard reset and started again in 1.2 after "losing" my legit savefile got 300k AI from 1.0 release to the 1.1 fail update... Hope It doesn't happen again...
Us too! Oh man, the Kongregate community has been more than patient with us as we optimize and fix the game. Good luck (and consider backing up your progress as you go, for now...)

+1 If you are absolutely freaking tired of people complaining about the inverted pricing structure. GET OVER the fact that Oil ends up costing less, seriously!
If our new End Game stuff winds up a flop, we'll quickly switch to a more predictable model. Though I kinda like how different it makes AdVenture Capitalist from other idle games.

It would be nice if there was some sort of $ per second you could see once the progress bars stop moving because they are instant. It makes it impossible to judge the value of 2 different businesses if you have no idea how much money its making per second.
Yeah... a good question. In all honesty - it was developed in Unity for very unrelated reasons, and then it took off like crazy (like, completely out of the blue). We're figuring out our long term plans, but the final ultimate version is not likely to be in Unity.

I almost just want to restart after next update. The angle brokenness will be fixed and it will be clean cut. by restarting it will be like playing the game how its supposed to.
Thanks for saying so - obviously I don't want to encourage anyone to give up their hard earned progress, but the game runs not too bad from scratch. In any case - I'm just glad people are playing it!

I've earned a total of 27 BILLION dollars yet no angel investors! Plz awnser how to obtain them. Is there a specific anount of $$$ i need or upgrade count? plz awnser many of us want to know :)
I have no idea why you're getting downvoted, but yes! And we've fixed the exploit where people were using the right click to purchase into negative money, so this is a legit observation.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Commas or something like that in the number of investors both current and to be earned by restarting would help us compare what we are getting to what we have. I don't know if anyone else does it that way but that is a big factor on me choosing to reset or not.

Not sure what 'fixed inaccurate pricing' means- looking at the 400-600 tier shops, the most --> least expensive ranking is Newspaper --> Oil Rig.

Dear epic people HOW DO YOU EARN ANGEL INVESTORS!!! PLZ TELL :D And to hippo if you dident see earlier the money bags would go invisible and go behind background :D
