And here's a little suggestion: achievements are sure helpful, but their goal is kind of repetitive. What about more achievements, like, as an example, AI-based ones? I'm thinking of the name: Holy: have 1000 AIs ; Angelic: have 1M AIs; heavenly: have 1B Ai; Godly: have 1T AIs. These wouldn't have to be earned again and again for obvious reasons, and would give you a little bonus: how about adding 5%/10%/15%/20% more power to AIs? (I mean, if one AI's power is 2%, then with the first it would become 2,1% and so on). It would make a total of 50%, which isn't enough to be unbalanced, but is enough to give the game a small kick.

summox: In fact, you shouldn't try to reach the second series of upgrades at the beginning. Soon, they will be far easier to reach, and eventually you'll buy them in less than a minute after you start.

A way that you could enhance the players' experience when playing this game, not idling, is some type of management and some type of opportunity system for miniature rewards for actually playing the game. Like I typed before, 10 lemonade stands out of 10 lemonade stands.

Cabe Johnson deserves the most pay, Derrick Plainview does a little somethng every day where as Cabe is dishing out super fancy lemonade cups every .00001 seconds.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I think the prices for the second series of upgrades and beyond is way too high, it takes too much time to get a return investment. For example 20 trillion for a x3 on the lemonade stand, I can't see myself getting a profit on that.

So has anyone else notice the scroll bar in the upgrades being a little buggy sometimes? Like, when you open it it has the managers scroll bar til you try to actually scroll, or if you leave it open too long it breaks sometimes? Not sure if its a game bug or an issue with my computer, I'll try and get specifics.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
ok so im not sure if this is a bug, or just a cool feature, but if you buy enough of a single upgrade to one of the achievements, (like the oil rigs to 200) it automatically finishes the clock and gives you the money for that investment right away. so you can sometimes save time and get more money.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Not sure if this has been mentioned, but when I switch to the "Upgrades" screen it almost always shows a very large scroll bar, like what you would see if you're seeing almost everything on the menu. When I click and drag, it zooms straight down to the bottom of the upgrades menu. Minor annoyance, nothing serious.

Can there be an indicator for when it's trying to calculate offline cash? It would be nice to know if the total it's showing me is the actual total.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
just a suggestion but it would be cool if you could add a mini game section where you could gamble or just win money I know this would be a big update and hard to do but it would be very cool. 5/5 on this amazing game tho thanks to the great responsive developers

What if there were an upgrade/manager that as you buy it, it would reduce the price of a specific thing. Just a general idea that could be way better than the way I explained it.

Well, this is hands-down the best idle game I've ever played. Even back when it just came out it was the best idle game I've ever played, and each new update just makes it better. For weeks now I've steadily built up my little empire, and I think I'm getting the maniacal cackle down pretty well whenever it's time to reset and cash in a new crop of angel investors. I'm in something of a slump now - got all the upgrades and 2.86 billion angels, but now the angel investors just aren't coming in fast enough to make a reset worthwhile, so gameplay has hit a wall. If this was any other game, I'd probably give up - but since it's these developers, I know it's just a matter of time before another awesome upgrade to get the gameplay moving again. And more data for my spreadsheet that helps me figure out what order to invest in. And now I'm off to practice my maniacal cackle some more. XD

We’ve received a LOT of feedback regarding the inverted price balancing in the mid-game (newspaper become WAY more expensive than oil rigs). This is actually intentional! We’ve flagged this issue for better in-game communication and conveyance, and we’re also hoping to introduce some strategic elements that alter the prices of investments. We just want everyone to know for now that it’s not a bug, and we’ve got plans to clarify and make it a deeper part of the game.

hint: when you're available to purchase an upgrade, it glows white (not being gray). but it's a x1 update. when you choose to buy x10 upgrades, when you're available to buy only x1 upgrade it shimmers again. so maybe change it, so it will glow white when you can afford to buy x10 when you choose to buy 10 upgrades at once.
ps: sorry for my english, but i hope you'll catch what i mean

You just have to accept that Perry Black is horribly embezzling from you - or completely incompetent at running the newsstands profitably.

I think there is something wrong with the price of the Newspaper Delivery, I own 300 Oil Companies and only 290 Newspaper Deliveries, yet it will cost me 24.017 quint to buy 1 more newspaper when it only costs 16.885 quint for another oil company.. Am I missing something?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I think instead of looking the buy button when you don't have enough to buy 10, it should have a number next to the buy in the icon. Like, if you are in 10x mode, and you can afford 3 banks, it would be "buy x3". At 10 it could be just "Buy" (one should be "buy x1"). If you could afford more than 10, it would stay at "Buy". Love the game.

How about a manager that increases income of each business type over time? Like he gets better and better at managing this and that type of business.

Prices are weird... After 300 all investments prices go backward so intead of Oil Company being overpriced, the newspaper delivery costs 5x more than oil company.

@Michael3710 50 AI's (at 2%) gives you 100% more earnings. so yes at 81 is a good time to reset game, to earn more money faster & therefore more AI's. I don't follow the strict "doubling" (50/100/200/400 etc.) once it gets to thousands & millions, but initially it helps.

I dont know if i missed there not being a autosave or that something went wrong but i lost all my progress after opening the game again. Or is the only saving option the export/import button?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
From the June 25th update "We are now working on new End Game stuff, permanent achievements, Anti-idle features, and an upgrade system we’re calling “Synergy” that will make those ultra expensive Newspapers and Car Washes worthwhile."

i know that the $per sec & min has been suggested, but under each of the investments i would like to see an AI/min amount, and also michael3710, and the rest of you, personally i think that at about 50+ AI you should be good to go and click "reset". also the import/export function is for manually saving the game in a word document of so, and then, if your game gets reset because the power goes out, you can just import the code from the word doc.

Why does it end up costing more to upgrade the lower investments than the higher ones. 16quint for 300 in oil company - 22quint for 300 in bank - 25quint for 300 in movie studio. It's all backwards.

Dear Devs, You have an awesome game here. One suggestion to catapult it to greatness would be to create some kind of story element to explain why the cheaper investments (newspaper) become more expensive in the end game than bigger investments (oil). Maybe you already have all the customers in your area so in order to buy another newspaper route you have to buy a rival newspaper. Maybe you have to build more infrastructure (a second printing press) to keep delivering on time... It could add richness to your game and help to explain the only really illogical thing about your game. Thanks and keep up the good work!

praise the amazing people behind this game! truely stunning feat! fun yet idle and has little bit of charm in it! bravo! bravo i say!

When should I reset to gain some angel investors? When would it make it worth it? I could have 81 right now but I don't know if that's enough to make this first round worth it or not, any tips?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
could you give an estimated time for the update with the new stats? for example the per-second counter etc. thnx a lot! keep it up!

Can you please swith the , decimal places with an . ? Only America uses this, this way. The rest of the world uses a setup like this: 1.234,56
Its confusing!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@zombieguy. I don't understand your question, but, say each angel investor provides a 2% increase, that would mean 10 angel investors provide a 20% increase.

As far as buying buildings goes, the x10 is nice however I expect to be able to buy 10 of that particular structure should the button be lit up. To remedy this, simply add a third button entitled "All" right next to the x10. It's the same code you have now, just duplicated into another function. Since *technically* code duplication is bad, you could make the function boolean to switch between the two states. If you're feeling crazy (and if c#/javascript allows) ternary operator FTW!!
