I love the random factor to the micromanagement. The way it prevents you from learning to time it perfectly keeps you on your toes. It could do with some balancing though. I'm at about 1 septillion angel investors and burning out the micromanagement usually gives me plenty of $ to afford the fine and still turn a profit. A harsher fine would make it more risky for the reward you can get.

I enjoy micromanaging, bu it seems a bit jumpy sometimes, like it could overdo itself by accident because I didn't let off really far back.

(Now, once you’ve purchased a manager for your business, you can press and hold the progress button to make it go faster!) ..... in my opinion meh.... could be better yes ?

At first I thought the jumpiness of the micromanagement progress bar was a bug. Now I'm thinking that the Devs designed it that way intentionally, to create a risk factor for more aggressive micromanagement strategies. I also like that when you release the mouse button you have to wait for the cooldown before reclicking. This stops people from going click-happy in an attempt to "bounce" the bar at a constant level.

1) Red indicator is hard to see.
2) Players are punished badly if they are late in the game, waiting several days to buy a single building. These people are more likly to use the micromanage button yet if they mess up, they have to wait several days more just to rehire? Suggestion add option to wait 6 hours to rehire and a lower price.

I like the idea of the micromanaging, but I'm not sure I like the growth rate of the red bar. It's very jumpy. Is it possible to get it moving at a smoother rate?

Everything says "Time Remaining: 09:05:14, and no matter how many times I reload the game or import my saves, it still doesn't work for me. Can you help a fellow capitalist out?

Micromanagement bug: When you reset when there is still the red bar going down (i haven't tested it when it's full just when it's partially full) then the bar stays and locks up that manager. Not a big deal as the red bar goes down fast, but it is "wrong".

How about not completely screwing my profits when a manager quits? It shouldn't take hours to rectify one second of damage.

You need two things now:
1) Overtime/Micromanagement upgrades (Red bar fills up slower)
2) Less jiggering on the red bar. Sometimes the bar teleports to the max. and it's very frustrating.

I love the "micromanagement" idea, but I think it wasn't very helpfull. The increase are very important, but for a very short time.... Maybe you could make them stay a few sec after we stop clicking...Or some progressive decrease.
And, can the "micromanagement" bar became full with a constante speed ? I didn't like the microsteps they do, you'r always afraid to go too far.

Just a suggestion that may be way over powered, but what if you made the bonus from the anti-idle permanent? In the process, also make it MUCH much smaller (maybe 10% increase with a full bar) and a longer cooldown. Maybe there's a reason you decided on doing it this way, but this seems to make it less overpowered, and since the bonus would disappear at resets, it wouldn't be too massive a help.

Right before it maxed out, I took a screenshot. Based on that, the anti-idle feature boosts the rate you earn money by about 170x (I went from 2.17 novemvigintillion to 361 novemvigintillion per second.) Some people complain that this makes the early game too easy, but I think it's exactly what the late game needed.

Idea: Micromanagement speed increases would stay until it fully cooled down, but then increase would simply decrease to base value when held for too long.

I kinda hate that the anti-idle part is _that_ powerful. Over a course of 2 2 minute test periods with and without micromanaging, the micromanaging was 6 times as strong with messing up the topearner twice. For me this update killed the game.

I would like it if when we stopped holding down it slowly reduced the CPS rather than just stone-cold dropping down. It seems a little silly to wait at the original when it still increases and does so in an anti-idle way.

I wish we could have two save files. I don't want to reset my main game, but it would be nice to start from the begining again as well.

MICROMANAGING rocks! first at the higher levels (I only need to move car wash and newspapers to 2000 at this point) it GIVES YOU SOMETHING TO DO -- advice: dont run your company drunk, many managers quit =P

I saw it said before but just wanted to reiterate that I think if you want to keep the micromanagement idea, have it lock up for a time if you hold it too long, but don't penalize us for it. Especially when the bar can sneak up on you

Looks like the micromanagement feature does not work on a touch screen. Holding down a progress button just either opens the right-click menu or merely makes a purchase when you let go.

I like the micro concept but I would much prefer that it just maxes out and has that slow reset than a penalty for doing it too long. or how about a daily visit to one of your investments where you can indefinitely click the button to gather its income for a 24 hour period until you change the location for the next day.
