Too the people who rail against removing scroll bars... they're the whole screen now :/
Also, it's still difficult to get a sense of orders of magnitude when deciding on purchases. I want to suggest a color indicator for the magnitude of the number to make it easier to read than untirgintil'n vs novemvigintil'n

The constant scrolling did let me know what number was what, at first. After that, I knew and really wished it would stop so I could see what I was spending. Maybe have a little tag or something saying what color is what? And I can deal with no scroll wheel, but it was confusing at first.
Other than that, I really do like the new design. It took a second to get used to, and it may be the art style talking here, but it's almost like changing channels instead of menus now ^_^

I think the new UI has a lot of potential, but it needs to be polished a bit. Scroll bars need to be added back in and I've noticed that sometimes when i click things they don't respond. It can be fixed and when it is i believe this format will be better than the old one.

I don't think I like much of anything about the new UI. The rolling text is annoying (and confusing), the 1/10/100x selector is slower and annoying, the menus are even more annoying (and confusing) than they were. Hopefully the content is better than the UI!

this happens so often it is irritating. Click the buy button and it doesn't do anything... sometimes clicking 4 or 5 times for a single purchase. no noticeable lag either. also a feature to turn off animations.

1. It would be really nice to see your cash/angels on the upgrade screens.
2. Sometimes I have to click twice in this game. Sometimes only once. Various screens.
3. Would like to see scrolling work on the upgrades. Also when you go between angels and cash I think it should go back to the top of the list vs wherever it was left off at.
4. It does seem much slower to get back to where u were before reset

So in short, the (in my opinion deserved) criticism of this new version are based on two major issues:
1: Doing the same mistake as Windows 8: Forgetting the PC users when it comes to UI design.
2: Needless obfuscating of prices.
Of course, HHG will probably give a better response to this than Microsoft's "8.1" patch, so I'm optimistic that these things will be fixed. And if not... Well, it's a free internet game that gave me something to do when bored. I'm still happy they made the game at all.

Okay about the UI...
The rolling text on buttons is very annoying, please remove that function.
That goes for rolling text on what each thing do.
When you get an achievment it take up space so you can set the Buy button for Donut shop which is very annoyingm especially in the beginning when you earn a lot of achievments fast.
Add a label so you can see how much money you have, and how many angels you have when you are buying upgrades.
Add a scrollbar and add function so you can use scrolling wheel on the menus.
I personally liked it better when you didnt have the go through all x1, x10, x100, use one click on the one you want, not cycle through them.
I also think the menus need a redone, 1/3 of the screen is for a header or description often. When i click on for example upgrades I want to see upgrades, not a big fancy header.
Some images on menus seems to be scaled down which results in pixalted images instead.

The pop-up bar showing up for every update and hiding the pizza delivery is so annoying. Please move that bar to not go over it. Also the freaking buy thing should not be, im buying stuff i hate having to wait 3s every 2s to know the price.

im not gonna try and say you guys should accept the new update and love it BUT if you guys really think its complicated and if you guys really cant find anything on it....you need some help. its not as simple as the old version of the game but it is still INCREDIBLY simplistic.

I have to say the old menus were much better. I liked the game and got kind of addicted, but one glimpse at the new look and it's just over for me. It's too complicated and I just don't want to get used to it, 'cause the old design was so self-explaining and easy.
I think I just click by from time to time to see if I can get the old design back.

The word "Buy" hiding the costs of everything and the achievement pop up are really annoying when resetting, I can't see my donut shops' costs to max it out!

Hey, make sure you stop showing prices in order to have a super annoying "Buy" keep replacing them for no friggin reason! That sure as heck isn't the most retarded idea ever!

Since now the intervals between achievements are not steady, it would be good to be able to see how many of each business we have while scrolling through the achievements. Thanks

Problem list 1) Scrolling on PC difficult. Scroll bars + arrow keys maybe? Better visual representation that you CAN scroll would be nice. 2) Current cost changing to 'Buy' is very distracting and makes it difficult to check all your current costs. Maybe make this look more button-like also? 3) Selector for buying 1/10/100 is slower to use and the meaning is non-obvious. 4) The statistics take a lot of space for no reason and the scrolling through them is a) not obvious that you can, and b) a pain on PC per 1. The existence of the stats screen is also non-obvious, but that may have been intentional. If so, hard reset maybe shouldn't be there. 5) Not a problem, but it was nice to see what your next achievements for planning whether it is better to get an upgrade vs getting some specific number of businesses, etc. I'm mixed on this though, and maybe you could reveal only the next one for each category?

Guys, I don't mind all of the new layout but please, fix it or you could be getting quite a horrible drop in players soon. I for one wont be leaving soon as I just play it in the BG but... well... yeah... the layout confused me majorly and isn't a simple as it once was. I gave it a 5 but now it is at most a 4... sorry guys but this update needs a minor change. (Though I love the new guy, he looks far more cute ^_^)

New update has broken the game. I attempted to reset for more investors. When the game reloaded I have no money and no stands. I can't buy anything. None of the screens list anything. No achievements to get, no upgrades or managers to buy. Game is just dead. Such a shame with all the time I've dumped into it. Not sure I'm going to bother to play anymore to be honest. Tried clearing the cache and exporting my save. Still nothing.

The buy buttons need to not show the word "BUY!" when you mouse over them. Also, I didn't see how many angel investors or how much cash I had when purchasing upgrades.

Please be sure to add the current number of AIs to the AI upgrade screen. Otherwise, some minor tweaks and I think I can get used to the new UI.

Ouch wow. I work in game development myself and your update has a horrid UIX design. Part of what made this game good, was its simplicity of interface. Pretty is not always better.
