You can get a Razor Queen anytime a Queen would spawn (At the end of nest/long time in Bounty Mode) but only if your bestiary is full.

The gray is formed when an oozle combines with a common gloople. Unlock it by going to practice and setting the enemis to oozles and glooples, then lure the oozles into touching the glooples. Eventually you will have achieve sucess.
Note - You can combine a gray with a common gloople in much the same way, but doing so is considered hazardous to one's health.

for unlocking the queen, you need to do hardcore mode and small nest.
kill all 199 glooples and wait.
dont kill the last gloople until the queen is coming!

Why horrors keep dieing for no reason? they transform in the 4-razors thingie and instantly die... it happened to me at least 10 times. Never happened on pratice tough.

perhaps some more rpg elements would be good, like upgrading swing recover time, or something like that... maybe for the sequel?
