about "to kill a gray", make note that once it starts hiding its lance, it would not work, so you have to strike it before it fully releases the lance.

to kill a gray without the razor glaive, first, make sure it does its lance attack, where it stretches out to get you. Then, quickly before, it "hides" the lance, strike it once (the reason why not twice etc. is because you could only do it once, the next strike would be useless because by then, gray has hardened already.) Repeat the process two more times and if successful, you get 35 points and a award.

To kill a horror, without the razor glaive, you have to be far from it (duh). You will notice he will throw out fangs at multiple directions, just keep running and kill those infected biters, then when he releases its razor blades (sort of like the mini versions of horrors), quickly, before all four blades return to it, kill it (you will notice that when he releases its blades, it would be harmless at the core, that is when you strike it.)

@onelastwonder: While I agree that this is one of the best games I've played and that it needs a sequel, I disagree about the direction you've suggested. Adding RPG elements and other weapon types- generally a good idea in many other games- seems to detract from the ingenious simplicity that makes this game one of the best. There's no pretence at anything "deeper" to the game other than 'take sword kill stuff': the depth comes purely from the gameplay, and that's beautiful.

Needs an option for different control scheme as mouse can fail you at the edges of the maps. Otherwise it's still just a single life, wait 2 minutes due to no save points, to get back to where you were game (which is also lame).

@jukantos: the razor queen is the "boss". It appears (randomly i think) at the end of a big or huge nest sometimes. Takes 5 hits to kill, and drops the silver key.

for the razor queen, use reactive armor and gun. i've tried grenade, but gun usually does 2 damate - it shoots it once, then hurts the razor queen when it explodes.

OH MY GOD. 2 biters came at me at once, and both ate me, then formed into a horror exactly when they ate me. there was no body left, no blood, just a sword lying there. Btw, I KILLED RAZOR QUEEN (for the first time) ON THE EXACT SAME RUN. Yay!

Why does everyone not understand how to kill a Gray?
It's simple: Stand in front of it. When it tries to lance you, sidestep and hit its body. Repeat. After 3 swings it will die. It will only take damage if the lance is extending; when retracting, the Gray's body will solidify when hit.
As for killing a horror, when it fires its sawblade things at you, dodge them and hit its body. Without its sawblades it's extremely vulnerable, and they'll melt when the horror itself dies.

Whatever, congratulations on finding out a lazy way to kill 2 different glooples. To defeat a gray, wait until he fires his lance, then while he's doing that, swat him. Repeat 'til he's dead.
To kill the Horror, get as far away from it as possible. It should release 4 disks. Hit the main blob while it's exposed to kill it.

Now I know: To defeat a gray, make sure he bumps into a meltie and gets dissolved by the acid, but before hit completely dissolves, strike it with your sword. To kill a horror, be extremely close to it, and when it releases its teeth attack, you have to make sure you slice it at that very moment, otherwise, it would harden again and you will become meat chunks.

What's with the downrating? WHATEVER675's cheat works...hardly feels like cheating, since you still have to go through the trouble of killing them (just without finding them first).

Never mind, disregard my question. I figured it out shortly after asking it. :P (For anyone wondering how to use rewards, press the key it lists next to the icon at the top left of the screen while in game, "A" for example.)

to practice, click the enemy you wanted to destroy. when you see the tip thing, right-click with your mouse and press back. go to single nest, go over small and right click, forward. then hit the little button. (Glitchy)

Note from my "sort of cheat", sometimes you can even win the nest without fighting anything. Do the same process as listed from my instructions, but choose a queen. Then click on a nest and you MAY win immediately. Note that I haven't really experimented this on a big or huge map.

There is this cheat on how you can get your huge enemies early in the stage so that you can kill them to get awards (note it doesn't work sometimes.)
First, go to practice an click no the enemy you wanted to destroy.
Second, when you see the tip thing, right-click with your mouse and press "back".
Then, go to single nest, HOVER, NOT CLICK to the "small" button, right click again, and press forward.
After that, click the small button again and it should come out (sometimes there are glitches, sorry it isn't 100% effective.)

Found a glitch. Don't remember how, but was able to get large nest to be just glooples. This is not without its dangers, but it is probably the easiest hard badge I've ever gotten!

Killing a horror by having a biter try killing you= epic. Haveing 8 biters on the screen at one time and all bump each other at the exact same time= 16 horrors= not fun.
