Awesome game, and I'm going to have to say I like temple the most because of it's continuous fire. Now if those ninjas weren't so ninja-like, I'd be able to get the hard badge. 5/5

Don't know why this is the highest rated game on the site. Sure it's well done, but not by any means the best TD game out there. I found Gemcraft to be much more original and well done by a long shot

The second to last level is just effing ridiculous. I have my skill tree maxed out, all turrets at highest level and I still can't kill the final boss. I keep dropping the meteors on him with the shift key and he always just barely touches the gem. I've replayed that map dozens of times with no result. I'm getting tired of this game. I really wanted to beat it, but I can't stomach it any longer. What a shame =/

ziltoid82 your an idiot kongregate doesn't rate the games the people do and TD"s are all kinda the same but if you dont like the style just go to another highly rated game that isn't a TD

What the F*cking h*ll is wrong with this site. A crappy TD game comes out that has no new idea's and suddenly it is the highest rated game. Holy sh*t! This game sux hardcore. It is unoriginal and a rather dull game. Nothing is new why is this game so popular. It is not a good game, there are so many other games that deserve the top spot but not this one. 0/5 or maybe -5/5 because it is the highest rated game and doesn't deserve it. Wow This site must have a fetish for TD games. They are all the same!!! THIS GAME IS TERRIBLE!!! IT ISN'T NEW!!! IT HAS BEEN DONE BEFORE IT DOESN'T DESERVE THE TOP SPOT THIS GAME SUX!!!!!

I just love about everything from this game! lol I love that you can make different towers and upgrade each one. I also love that the game is difficult, but not too difficult that no one can beat it. I love defense games like this and this one is just great. I just LOVE this game lol Its amazing :) I can tell this must have took a while to put this game all together, but it turned out really great! Definitely a 5/5 game! :)

The return portal is only useless if your trying to get a brilliant rating. It's quite useful if you're having a hard time getting the excellent rating or just want to survive with a good rating. It would be too easy to get a brilliant rating if all you needed was all the gems in your cave. The game is called Don't Touch My Gems and so your trying to prevent the enemy from even touching your gems.

Dawsho: Brilliant is the medal ye get when the enemy don't even touches yer gems. And yes, the return portal thingie IS useless. Use yer skills on everything else.

Lol, so freaking close, my last gem and the last rogue of the wave was so close to the gem, then it cave portaled back to my base and a ballista den pwninated him to oblivion

The gem returned to the cave but somehow i didn't get a brilliant. It should be like if all the gems end in the cave you still get a brilliant. otherwise it almost completely renders the return portal bonus thing useless. other than that, a great game.

now that thats over with, stop QQing about a tower defense. just because you fail at life and tower defense games in general doesn't mean you have to go ripping on somebody else's work. Kay? Now, great game, the difficulty is perfect for each level, the spells help a ton, the skills are an exciting touch, overall great game. 5/5

ninja's can be annoying but are manageable because you have meteor. Assassins however are infuriating with their 50% dodge. It's understandable to have % effects on towers, it's part of choosing those powers that adds to strategy, however having this 50% on assassins is over kill. They can dodge everything, even fast firing turrets and meteor. With no direct counter they sometimes get through and sometimes dont. Same strat multiple times produced different results. PLEASE CHANGE THIS SOMEHOW!

Level 14 is just stupid for getting Brilliant on. It is pure dumb luck whether you can get it or not. Even if you have a red tower to spark the ninja's armor, he can get to your gems before it wears out. He can withstand 5 straight shots of the max rank meteor so you can't just kill him that way. The only way to kill him before he touches gems is to hit with 5 meteors, and hope that one of your blue towers feared him or froze him upon entering. It is stupid.

Skills builds? My favorite was Demon, meteor is just TOO useful against all those mf'ing ninja trying to jack my mf'ing gems. Also the gem return is pretty key.
