jahjitsu, you realize one skill increases amount of mana in the beginning, not the maximum, and the next skill increases the maximum.

I think my game is bugged...I leveled up that first talent under the Undead tree that raises your maximum mana by +100 if you have 5/5 points into it...my mana is at 380....I am pretty sure you start with 300 mana with no points into that talent...this basically screws me over cause I can't cast 4 meteors on annoying Ninja/Assassin bosses.

This is an awesome game and level 14 really makes you think and strategize to beat (still need a bit of luck though)... I think there needs to be a sandbox mode of some sort or easy - medium - hard versions of each map + an unlimited. This game is too fun to just "end"!

Awesome game, but I think the spells would function better with hotkeys. However, someone mentioned holding the SHIFT key. Was this mentioned in controls somewhere and I'm just blind?

@celebrim Cutdown + Upgrade are essential to use mana when ninjas arent appearing for gold (100 gold each), I never have a tower I cant upgrade thanks to it. Im about to get the hard badge at 28/29, missing 11, 12, & 14.

Level 14 boss. I am level 35 right now. I built up at both entrances very heavily. I hit him with 5 meteors. He still touch my gem. Is it just a matter of luck and hope he enters from the left side and not right so he gets feared/chilled as first hit? Is it possible to take him out if he enters right side without him touching gem?

Second last level you basically have to make sure a crypt hits the ninja first and hope for a freeze / fear and blast him with meteors. The crypts hit the hardest (unless you use orcs and pray for a lucky crit) and the bonuses ensure you get him. Tried 4 times with orcs and couldn't get the ninja, 3 times with crypts got him every time (lost brilliant first 2 times on other parts of level)

yeah got the 15th brilliant too :) with the skillpoints spend the 15th wasnt that hard, the hardest part was the 14th ninjaboss with the 2500 hp, but a nice aoe start (blazing tower+catapults) can (yeah still 90% to achieve xD ) burst down that extra 500hp (+2000 with the meteors as mentioned before) As I see, first couple of levels you need the undead towers, the fear and the freezing, then comes theorc part with the good moneymaking and poison stuff, in the endgame the blazing towers rocks but only after you've got like +30% range-rate-damage from skillpoints benefits. Sorry for my bad english :) good game again 5/5 :)

this game is difrent from other "treasure" games.
most of them are that you must STEAL the treasure, but in this game,
you must PROTECT the gems.

The game is nice and well programmed. Yet, it is very unbalanced. The only enemy you have to fear is the invisible one.

Nice game! Maybe next time you could add a new group or units you can send yourself, so the enemies swords won't be just for decoration?

Loved it ! Infuriatingly challenging, but that kept me coming back for more punishment. Really looking forward to the sequel. Keep up the good work.

"Didn't Touch My Gems Badge" should either give 60 points, or should be changed to doing excellent 15 times, not brilliant (of course the name has to be changed then, too ;)

Another way to keep the ninjas at bay is to have the full ghost crypt if you get lucky it will take there ability away. Combine this with the meteor ability and ninjas wont stand a chance. Vote so this stays up in the top comments for everyone to see

A brilliant game but the ghosts should be taken off and then made a bit more challanging. There should be a continious round so that we could level up even quiker. Also a trick is skill up the one that gives money for cutting trees. A great game!!!

damn, i hate the assassins, they have 50% avoidance, but one can just passing trough without taking damage!!! aaaaaaaarrrrgghhh 5/5 btw :) its just annoying that 1 "motherlover" is able to avoid 3 meteors in a row :S and take my gem!!! >.< i need only the 15th brilliant. good game anyway, i like it :D

what your doing wrong is your meant to click on the meteor spell button then hold down the shift key. then you keep clicking your mouse button to fire

lvl 49 for me, last boss is a lvl 10 ninja, 2500hp, fireball only does 2000damage, no tower can hit him for 500 first hit, and he stays invisible until he touches a gem. ( i have tried chilling and burning, in order to save time, but neither has worked)...

Great game, was addicted to it for nearly a week. Lots of replay value. Sound effects were a little annoying; also, didn't get the hard badge even though I spent hours "brillianting" every level D:
