To beat the ninjas just put skill points into "Meteor Study", "Meteor Mastery", and "Mana Pool" and blast those boss ninjas to hell.

It's a good game. Temples, or something need to be able to detect Ninjas, because when they cloak you can't do anything about it. Maybe a Meteor shower, but that's about it. It's stupid that something I can't really deal with ruins a perfect match.

Well, now thanks to the new system, nobody's gonna see this, because there's no chance that this comment is going to get 1579 positive votes. Sad face. :( Anyway, good game. 5/5

I think that if it were a little easier to level up like more exp. earned when you beat a level, less exp. needed to lvl. up, or more skills points per lvl. up. would make it a little easier for people like me who have nothing better to do than to try and max out every skill in the game.

Good game, I've had much fun with it, the only complain being with champion thief: as soon as they appeat, they become invisible, and go too fast for you to be able to kill them with meteors before they reach your gems, thus stopping you from achieving "brillant" records. Otherwise, everything's fine :)

The best tower defense game out there. Gemcraft isn't even close to as good as Cursed Treasure! This game contains all the goodies that most tower defense games try to get away without, such as an outstanding skill tree, challenging yet short levels, 3 different towers with two different paths of leveling, terrain bonuses and obstacles, 3 spells, challenging monsters that just don't just have more health, great sound effects and music, and so much more I don't have room for. My only considerations for Cursed Treasure is to add a skill reset, badges (which seem to be on their way, slow Kongregate :P), maybe a final boss round with some sort of ending. Once again great game, 5/5.

Great game, thanks! 5/5. Up until level 13, you can do every level brilliant even if you're not maxed out on the skills. For level 14 and 15, you should be practically maxed out, starting with building as many towers as close to your nest(s) as possible, do not upgrade them for a long time. Gradually build up outer defences. Make sure you have at least two tents as close to the starting points as possible by the time the first invisible army comes in. Start upgrading your towers from inwards, always upgrade the closest one to the nest. Just before the big ugly invisible ninja comes in, you'll have to sell all your towers near the entrances except for crypts. You should have a maxed out crypt guarding all your entries. The first hit the big monster will suffer will be either a freeze or a fear, both depleting it's invisibility time. Start deploying meteors, it should do the job.

One of the best TD games I ever played, but it needs more levels, if your going to make a "cursed-treasure-dont-touch-my-gems-2" please consider this.
Other than that 5/5

- To easy. Did last level on brilliant on the first try.
- To linear. After level 2, you're not introduced to anything new, neither new enemy types nor backgrounds..
- Skill tree is lame in that game. After a few skills i just kept asking myself what would be the least useless.
- To short. I completed everything on brilliant in a couple of hours. Gemcraft 0 took me several MONTHS.
- No long-time fun, because there are only two challenges: Complete the game, complete everything on brilliant.
- The EXP/Upgrade-combination is funny, but has a major disadvantage. When you have a few strong tower that can destroy most of the normal waves, it becomes basicly impossible to build more towers to block harder waves.

what would be cool is if you had a feature where the player could create a course. Maybe later you could have a player's pack or something.

This game is AWESOME! At first I was gonna write it off as ANOTHER tower defense game but it pulled through as well as Gem Craft and Bloons Tower Defense. 5/5

everyone is saying thief is imposible, its not. One thing you can do is use meteors. Second thing you can do would be get alot of towers and when thiefs appear speed up your attack with whatever that skill is called.

Took me leveling up til 31 to beat level 14 with a brilliant star, but it was fun getting there. Those ninjas really are a pain...

Just talked to a guy yesterday after he picked me up from work. He said this is one of the best tower defense games he's ever played... Being a closet nerd, it's the first thing I load up after I wake up from a hang over. :)

Yes this game definitely some kind of defense against ninjas. Like a tower upgrade that reveals them or some attack that will slow them down or anything!
