Amazing game. Now the top 3 tower defense games are 1. Bloons TD 4 | 2. Cursed Treasure: Don't Touch My Gems! | 3. Epic War. These are the top TD games on Kong based on Gameplay, Graphics, favourites, ratings, plays and comments. I love the game but would Reccomend: 1. Make a level 16 with unlimited waves and a highscore board. 2. Reset skill button, maybe only allowed once per level up. 3. Spell Hotkeys. 4. Create your own level for others to try. Other then that 5/5, favourited and loved!

I finished the game before the achievements were added. What do I do to activate these? The only one that works is the 'Reach character level 10' one.

I dont think it was necesary to put the hint in the badge. That was half of the fun figuring out how to beat those bosses.

If you Freeze a Dancing Blade, surely he can no longer dance and therefore no longer gets the 50% chance of a MISS???

I'm normally very apprehensive about... liking.. a tower defense game, but you made it so. Congratulations. Read other good comments here for reasons why.

Pretty simple to get Brilliant on everything, just remember to highly set up the start of course (with temples as they will hit everything that comes in pretty fast) and near the end (crypts with freeze and fear work great. When you get all skill maxed out even Ninja boss fall pretty fast, which makes this TD too damn easy.

All I can say is that the orcish tower becomes rigged in the end, other than that, great game. Can't wait to play the sequel and hopefully give it another 5/5.

I have already 14 brilliant ratings, only level14 left, but that ninja boss is irritating. A hot key for the spells would be great.

If you hold shift while casting a spell or placing a tower, you don't have to select it again to cast/place again. This makes ninja bosses much easier to beat, particularly level 14's boss. Just hold shift and click like crazy.

MMMMMM, this is a pretty good game! Standard TD with RPG/Gemcraft elements, always a nice one. Plus you get to be the badguy? Oh, oh, OH, I'm bein' SUCH a dirty badguy!!! Plus the graphics are pretty good, and the interface (despite the complaints) ain't that bad. Gotta dig this mess, man. 5/5, I'd give it more if I could.

the fast ninja boss in later lvls is the hardest. make sure a full upgraded tower burninates him or a full upgraded sniper tower critical hits and poisons him or maybe a fear/freeze with large damage. Then you simply drop 4 or 5 fireballs at 100 gold cost / 500 mana. Sell lower towers that might hit him first.

Nothing to original in the game but at the same time it was done very well. I agree with most comments here, adding a endless level at the end would be a nice touch. Other than that the largest change i would like to see in a sequel is a reset skill button so i can easily try out the other skill chains and explore more of the games abilities. Anyways, great game, can't wait for the sequel, would be cool if it was longer.

Upgraded-fireball spam boss ninjas to kill them before they get to your base to earn your get Brilliant badges. Hold shift to click-cast multiple fireballs quickly.

great game in all ways except for mission 14. the hard badge is more frustrating than anything, since you have to hope your towers shoot at the same time to kill that last ninja boss.

So hard to kill the boss ninja on level 14... 5 meteor's doesn't do it and he's hidden so nobody else can attack him.

Not true... dens have the highest straight DPS of the three tower types. This becomes important when you're trying to brilliant later stages and typically end up having 0.5 seconds to kill some ninja boss between the time he destealths and the time he touches your gem.

Great game although i would like to see a more detailed Tutorial I might have just missed something but i would like to know about the effects of radiance more. Something about making them more vulnerable to other towers was it had in the tutorial.

deniska: I'd like to point out that you're wrong. There are so many strategies for choosing towers. When I first started out, I used to think that high level AOE temples were the bomb. Then when I found out the the crypt's missiles home, I thought those were definitely the best. But as I played on, I soon found out that the crit den are the best towers in the game. Almost every time, I would put a crit den on a high land. Why? Coz a high level crit den can take out ninjas in 1 hit (before they even go stealth). Besides that, they rock at taking out creeps that are almost at your jewels coz their damage is almost instant.

Ninjas and Ninja bosses ARENOT IMPOSSIBLE Lots of fully upgraded crypts at the entrance. Ninjas do not stealth until hit once. If that first hit is a freeze, then they get hammered. Why won't you guys believe me? The badge was freaking easy. I didn't use 1 meteor for any stage that I got a brilliant on.

@Lozai: Add temples at the start when ever possible or crypts. These will make the ninjas throw the smoke bombs early.. then find the timing for when they pop out and blast them.. they have low HP so easy as long as you hit them early. Option B: Save all your mana for fireballs!! BURN suckaz! ;)

Excellent game. 5/5. Elegant, fun, polished. Agreed with others... Most bosses are too easy. Some enemies are too easy (only good for getting gold an experience). Would be nice to have more "progressive" difficulty (after level 25 or so it gets too easy). Crypts are disproportionately more useful than temples, which are disproportionately more useful than dens -- strategy too simple for selecting towers. More levels/maps would be great.

A "gem" in the sea of Tower Defense mania. I loved the tower's levels, and how their upgraded aspects could change the way the mission played out. You did very well here with the map design as well. 1.) As mentioned before a Spell Hot-Key would benefit the player with the ability to react quickly if a planned set-up doesn't go so well, 2.) also I would like to see more towers, and a greater variety of enemies. The Ninja's were defiantly a pain at first, but you can find simple work-arounds for them in no time. But this was excellent; with marvelous execution.
5/5 ☆'s no doubt about it. I'm in anticipation for a spin-off; or even a sequel.
+a Fav & We need a watch button; while I'm on that subject.

I love it, I had all 15 levels already Brilliantly completed, so a simple level 10 map, since i was unsure of the 200 enemy, and bam, 4 badges and 65 points, :D.
