wow this game is really awsome
i only played TD games once and i thought it sucked
but this is rly unique
maybe because of the level up system
maybe its because i can fry humans
this should get a sequel and stuff rly nice 5/5

I really don't think that this should be the highest rated game on Kong... Perhaps the fifth, but I think that this spot of honor should be reserved for Achievement Unlocked 2.

Um, game did its first glitch on me... A paladin was about to get roasted, then it just ran straight off the screen. Wtf? Oh well, still a great game. 5/5

to finish hard levels try to brilliant earlier ones and fail or succeed and u still get exp points which will help u to finish it

you seriously should put Td in the title so that people wont look at the awesome thumbnail and title screen then find out its just another mediocre tower defense game

i agree with dim15000 this game blows, it really makes me question peoples judgement since its the #1 game on kongregate.

Finally earned brilliant on all levels. Here's the trick: put temples where the baddies enter but don't upgrade them (exception is lvl 14, see below). They will force the ninjas to cloak early, making them visible near the gems. Put a crypt or two near the gems, as few crypts as possible so they will rapidly upgrade. Build on mana pools only if they are away from the temples placed at the start. Only when the crypts are maxed upgrade other towers. On level 14, upgrade temples (placed on high ground tiles) to the max (burning) right before the final boss ninja comes on wave 50. That will harm him and slow him down. Hammer him with meteors (hold down shift key to rapidly fire meteors) after he's burned by the tower. That's the only way I was able to beat 14. On 15 I did similar, putting 3 temples at the entrance (one on each side and one on the high ground) and building crypts first on the bottom two high grounds, then when maxed out put another crypt on the high ground between them.

normally i hate TD games ... but this one is simply awesome!!! really... i think... i... like it...
i cant tell why but its really different to the other annoying TD games... good work.. keep it up ;)

you need to put TD somewhere in the title so people dont exspect an actual game and then find out *sigh* its just another tower defense

but do u know what annoys me the most? i was in the middle of the game when i was getting tiered of the same tune so i started looking around for the stop music button and couldn't find it then i finished the levle and found the stop all sounds button on the menue screen. the problem is that when your playing the game you can't change the sound and when u can change the sound its all the sound

there's a typo it says that the 4th upgrade for a tower is the special one but its the third upgrade thats the special one

why do people keep making tower defence games. each one is just a diffrent looking enemy with a diffrent looking tower, but they are all still the same game. the genre wasnt even good to begin with!

Would be good if the game wasn't glitched. Don't know how many times I have seen units (not ninjas) walk right past towers without the towers firing a single shot. Obviously doesn't happen all the time, but happens enough to make it extremely annoying when trying to get Brilliant ratings...and the glitch happening on the last wave.

Never build crypts on tiles with starting border in range. In this case their charges fly on one enemy. That’s bad in fights with ninjas. Use dens and temples near start border. Crypts are the best in the middle part or near the gems.
The best tower in fighting with ninjas is the burst temple near the start border (even better on high ground). Burst seriously damages them, it is easy to finish them after shade. Also, splash damage usually kill those who are in shade.
To kill ninja-boss, use fear crypt, it has a chance to make him lose his shade when running back. Burst temple is good too - it deals huge damage, so it is easier to finish him off with meteors. On high levels burst tower is the best – maxed, it slows him, so he’ll lose shade before taking a gem.
Skills: first of all max meteor, frenzy, mana pool and regen. It will be needed versus ninjas' shade and assassins' dodge (frenzy).
And remember, practice makes perfect ;)

The hard badge isn't actually that hard. You just need to work on it and concentrate on leveling up. Brilliant game :D
