A very elegant well executed and well balanced take on Tower Defense. Unbelievably well done. The only thing stopping me from giving a 5/5 is that this game does not introduce anything new (it is at the end of the day just another tower defense, albeit with some RPG elements). 4/5

games that have multiple routes to win are awesome, but when you need a specefic route to win then it really isent a choice, the only way to stop the champion ninjas from reaching your gems is to take the fire spell aproach, 5 sec of invisibility is enough to reach your gems and only the fire spell can hit them

It seems to me that the Fastest way to earn the first 5 Brilliants is to Build Alot of Dens since they do alot of Crits when you upgrade their Critical Chance i got them by building Alot of Dens than Fire and Chill Towers

I have to say all the towers have their own benefits but the Ice towers are definitely the ones to go on high spots and to max out at the skills room. The fear seems to be decent and the maxed out "FREEZE" ability seems to work really well. Also, a couple good tips for the Skills Room is to lower the price of Meteor Spell as much as you can and to get that 1+ gem in the beginning. This could help with Brilliants!

Great game. Balanced really nicely and I love the upgrades, only problem is that there isn't enough towers/spells, and the game gets a bit tedious towards the end. Still though, 4/5

The smoke bomb boss on end levels and ninja monsters make me want to kill myself.
Usually out of mana meteoring the small smoke bomb monsters and the boss comes, breaking my chance at brilliant. Ninja monsters........freaking die when your under attack by 5 maxed towers + 3 meteors. Stupid luck :D
But otherwise, great game. Original and innovative, really fun.

Some things:
Ninjas sucks, (OMG, srsly???), But asssasins are worst. To kill ninjas, mainly upgrade things of the ice tower (the one that makes thing return or gert confused), and put them on the first and tall parts. "BUT THE NINJA OF LVL 14 IS SO HARD!!!" yes, it is, but, if you have trouble with him: (This is the part where I wish there were hotkeys for actions)If you're a fast typer; Sell red towers (with the hability to return Mana) And create another one, sell, create, throw meteor, create, throw meteor, etc... there you will have enough mana. And if you can´t do that... youre screwed, you have to be VERY lucky to make him freeze or return.
Also... Assasin (#Hp) Dancing blade 50%(takes half of the damage recieved)... Anyone with me? (This may be risky but... 50% LUCK?!? ARE YOU SERIUS?)

HA! Got the hard badge easily with the following strategy: Meteor Study 5/5 Meteor Mastery 5/5 Adoration 1/1. Spam the meteors for 2,000 damage obviously, then spam 5 temples (gains 100 mana because of adoration) and hit him again. If you STILL need more damage, just make 10 temples total and hit him 2 extra times. (total of 2800 damage, he only has 2500 hp) So there. Easy Peasy. Oh, do it in slow mode by the way....

liking this game is definately an aquired taste, at first I hated it, but the more I played, the more I fell in love with it! 4.7/5

herea a good way to get xp ;)
choose the highest lv with brilliant rank(unless it was from pure luck) and find a way to make a good combination my crypts freeze and only cost 38g to upgrade, i put my crypts on the high points and put a temple in a mana spot and i cut a tree tile and make another tower, i just went on building, if u place 3 temples in the three posts neat the first high point, 2 AoE and 1 radiant :) u got my radiant temp in the spawning top to get thos nasty ninjas and just in time to re-appear and get blown by the AoE temps lol

Dear everyone, for the 14th level ninja boss, just put the highest level Temples on each hill near the start. The Daze thing slows them down so well that my temple got two hits off, 600 damage, and then my meteors killed it. Hooray!

Is it just me or does the ninja boss on lvl 14 have too much hp to kill even with 5 fully upgraded meteor blasts? I suppose it would be possible to build a bunch of towers really fast to get that extra mana to bomb it 1 or 2 more times, but unfortunately, even without the fast forward thing, it's too fast for me to even attempt that. This game needs a slow down button. Other than that, great game. Very entertaining for a tower defense game. 4/5

Really love this game, extremely enjoyable. My one criticism would be that once you beat the game there isn't a whole lot of replay value aside from getting brilliants. Once you have the skill tree upgraded well, the game simply isn't very challenging. As other people have said, an endless mode or something similar would be very cool! Great job.

skill-less TD with minimal employable strategy outside of grinding. needs hotkeys, and the assassins need to be nerfed from 50% to something more manageable like 30%. I've been 33 waves in without a touch only to lose brilliant to one assassin after 4 meteors and all my towers. 3/5 for originality.

i accidentally reset my cookies.....allll data was lost...and i was so close to getting all brilliant X(...but this is one of a very very small number of games that i'm replaying to get back to my old status...great f**|{ing game!

I just have a few complaints regarding this game... 1. The ninja's smoke bomb lasts too long. On most levels it carries them from their spawn to the gem nest which means they are nearly impossible to clear at some parts. 2. The assassain's "50%" dodge rate is unfair if one uses the meteors. I have had times where I fire it at a group of 3 or 4, two times and not get a single hit. While the coin flip in theory is fair, in application it can be weighted poorly, either make it every other is a miss or lower the percent of a dodge. 3. The crypts need a return to sender function. If a ninja gets all three charges fired at it, I find only the first one hits most of the time. This means 2 charges are completely wasted and they take too long to recharge for that not to be an issue. 4. A target designation would be much appreciated.

Really awesome game. I love the towers and there abilities. A suggestion though. If your going to make enemies that can become invis. Make a tower that can sense them. I always lose at least one gem to the ninja's cause they grab it and pull it out then some other wave a guy moves it more and more. But still great game. 5/5

The game is not loading for me. It just says loading kongregate api. No play button. I have refreshed the page a hundred times, cleaned my windows and used different browsers and still nothing. I was able to play it the other day. I just want the card, and there is only two more days left. Any ideas?

There is one problem that I have noticed with crypts... when you get the freeze ability on your crypts, your towers start targeting the frozen targets over the ones that are the farthest ahead. -1 for that.
