this game is very very good but ive played quite a few other better games on KONG this shouldnet be the wrost but most definetally isnt best - me if you want but im just saying what i think

as long as the ninja spawns in the top, you will win guaranteed, almost, he has to be froze for an ez win, build 4 crypts in the top left high ground, and 3 directly behind it. with 4 towers with max freeze that 100% chance to freeze, well supposedly, there is a chance you wont freeze him but you have a high chance to stun him and the towers can still attack if he gets stunned. go up there with your meteor(predict this, also do this in slow mode) and let 'em rip!

Just get the traits which give you +100 gold for 50 mana per tree cut. It basically lets you farm more gold from cutting trees than what the monsters themselves give you; it will obviously be helpful to get some mana traits as well. I wouldn't worry about building crypts for mana though, as near the end of the harder levels, you'll be able to cut every single tree down and have more gold than you know what to do with. I imagine that it might be possible to achieve brilliant rank on every stage by level 15 with this setup, it's just so godly...

Why are all the comments that rip on this game rated down so far? Seriously, this game isn't even CLOSE to deserving number one on kongregate. 3 towers with 3 special moves, "OMG THAT"S SO IN DEPTH IT ARE THE BEST GAME EVAR 400000000/5" Wtf? I've played Td's rated 3/5 More innovative than this! It has almost NO original ideas. Oh you have to defend your gems I haven't seen that implemented in, oh let's see, EVERY OTHER TOWER DEFENSE EVER! Ice tower, arrow tower, fire tower. You couldn't get more basic than that. Gee, meteors, ain't that an original power. The enemies are pretty much no different than any other TD either. Do your self a favor and play Bloons Tower Defense. Or anything else really. It suprises me this game even has a four.

this game is ok, but i dont see why it is the Highest rated game on kong. There are TD games that are much more in depth.

Don't do reset skills, it cheapens the game and the work needed to beat it.
here's what you *really* need to do
1) add hotkeys for everything (a must)
2) keep record of how fast you can beat a level... let people make vids of fastest time. good re-playability with this sort of competition. thumbs up if i'm right here

Have to say, not one of my favorite tower defenses. Not trying to be harsh, but a lot of the mechanics felt like they were there to make the game more annoying, not more fun. The lowest levels of the towers have few abilities, making their use marginally strategic at best, and the ground types seem to serve only to limit your strategic options. In the end, the means of victory seem pretty obvious, because you have so few things you can actually do.
Still, the graphics are nice, it's intuitive as far as the controls are concerned, and the player levels + talents were a nice touch. 3/5.

omg. crap lvl 14.. great game, but lvl 14 champion is based on luck? after 10 tries.. still no luck and im lvl 33 -.-

Without upgrades, you can beat level 1 with only dens and 1 temple/crypt. If you go back to that level after baeting level 15 (when you have a lot of upgrades), you can beat it with only dens if you play it right. :D

dont know what happened but on lvl 14 i completed it and it wont end for me, the last 2 waves i couldnt click the attack button it was like one of the waves werent finished.

To anyone else having trouble killing the level 14 boss ninja:
The only reliable strategy I can think of (non luck based) is this: Build Crypts or Temples on the high grounds at both entrances. Upgrade these later and make sure they do 100 damage.
Before you get to wave 50, make sure you have 500 mana and enough gold for 5 temples.
When you see wave 50 coming, delete all other towers that might hit the ninja, you need the 100 damage. If any other tower hits him and does less than 100 damage, you can’t kill him with meteors.
After the tower hits him, cast 5 meteors, then quickly build 5 temples using shift. The 20 mana bonus from each temple will let you cast 1 more meteor to finish him off.

i found the game boring, its just repetitive and not too exciting to start upgrading towers then start ALL OVER AGAIN on building/upgrading. 2/5

I can't see any other comments mentioning this, but THIS GAME NEEDS A RESPEC BUTTON. It's not fun having to start from scratch when trying different builds. Fun game, but the lack of respec takes it down a few points for me. Games like this should always have one.

Here are some tips for the hard badge: Ninjas can only stay stealthed for a average amount of time and you can utilize this by having attacking towers at the spawn point (preferably temples because of their speed hits). Once you have towers at the spawn point place strong towers near your gems, the ninja stealth will wear off near your gems and they will be obilitorated due to low health. It is preferable that you build and upgrade your towers near the gems first for they wont get many kills later because of the spawn point towers and use Meteors obviously. + if this helped.
