Finally got the hard badge. I did it on level 29. The strategy to level 14 is to build only crypts on everything. Build some towers on the mana pools and keep spamming cut out to get enough money to build more and upgrade your crypts. If your undead is leveled up enough, the evil ninja at the end should freeze or fear (and the odds are pretty good that he will), then screw him up with meteors. As for level 15, the strategy i used is to build temples on the top three high grounds and crypts on the lower three. Your main defense against those damn ninjas is a fully leveled up hellfire temple, which, if youre lucky, will hit even invisible ninjas when it fires on noninvisible ones. Throw a couple of dens on the bottom, and a few crypts at the top and you should beat level 15 on splendid pretty easily.

woo took me a while but
Congratulations! You just won the Didn't Touch My Gems Badge and 30 points!
tips on last lvl, start of building fire in top middle and top corners. use that mana to cut tree and build towers on all mana zones, then just mass the fire aoe type

Nice Game, Lvl 14 is harder to get Brilliant than Lvl 15 because of the lvl 5 champion ninja with 2500 hp at the end of lvl 14, 400x5 = 2000, had to use 6 meteors by spamming temple (+20 mana each)

15 brilliant ratings – Hint: Meteor can hit ninjas while stealthed. :)!

I don't have any of the badges, and I already have lv 10, killed 200 enemies (these are not even counting for the badge, still need 200), have 5 brilliant ratings, and finally, 10 missions completed.
I had loaded my save data, and I should than have the lv10 and 10 mission comp. badges + card.
I completed several mission, killed more than 200 enemies, and nothing.
Anyone have similar problem? Should I report it somewhere? I have no idea what to do with this -_-

how is this the best strategy game? top 25 ranking maybe, but the best it is not. it's pretty much a straightfoward tower defense game with a few novelties thrown in. gimme a break.

This is the first flash game that I have played religiously for a long, long time.
The only things I'd like to see are:
1) Reset skills button
2) Some tower upgrade / skill that lets towers attack invisible Ninjas.
3) Nerfing Ninjas, making it so once they have a gem they cannot stay invisible
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I don't think a reset skill should be added. There isn't a level cap. so you can pretty much always get what you want, after some grinding of course. This makes players carefully choose their skills and really think strategically, imo.

While playing level 9 one of the enemies just walked out off the screen through the trees and I couldn't finish the level.

For the level 14 Last Ninja. Use balista's at both entrances. I had 5 at each end. As long as they fire before he smoke bombs (ie. sell any hunter dens you have there.) they'll nuke him for you to 5 upgraded meteor him.

Only two things which would be great : Ability to create and share Levels online and A endless level with increasing difficulty with a highscore so you could see how well your freinds do(would be great for a challenge)

brilliant on level 14 is a pain in the 4ss. The ninja boss is tougher than 5 pimped meteors. :/ The only hope is a double crit on a maxed out hunters den right at the start.

Wicked game! 5/5 and I hate tower defense games!!! Add a spell where I can summon a dragon to chew those thieving knaves!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I've tried level 13 at least 2 dozen times now, leveling up many times between each try but no matter what I can't beat it. It also seems as though the enemies with a 50% miss chance have more like a 90% miss chance

It make me addict to this game for a while to get all brilliants!! At first I try to use Creep to make fear to Champion Ninja, but it does not work. So Meteors is an answer for this.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
15 briliants on 35 level and many freezing crypts at creep starts. And, yes, meteors for ninjas.
Nice game, but there is many to do - hot keys, better balans, more upgrades (no ups for second tower type like balista)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@ Manwithabook No you shouldn't be able to, Brilliant rating is achieved by letting nothing even touch your gems, and when they return via the portal, then they were taken, but returned; so they were touched once.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Spell Hotkeys are needed. I just lost my Brilliant rating on round 40 of 40 because I couldn't click Meteor quickly enough, on the fast Ninja boss. BOO. I might even down-rate you one star for that one.

Assassins are an extreme nuisance. They're way too overpowered. Everything else seems to mesh together really well in the game except for them. Whereas all other difficulty is based on skill and challenge, assassins are a pain based on random chance. Sometimes they'll run an entire gauntlet of towers and dodge 4 consecutive meteor shots and hit your gems, causing you to restart an entire level (assuming you're going for brilliant ratings). It sucks to play perfectly and skillfully through 30-something levels, only to fail because the assassins conveniently "dodged" everything you threw at them. I feel that a truly good game should be challenging solely based on difficulty, not chance. That hurts this game. Everything else is perfect. 4/5

A really wonderfull game. Best towerbased game so far if you ask me. A few minor points I've bumped into (some might already be mentioned):
The mute option should be split, I don't mind the soundeffects, but the music is getting annoying after playing for a long while.
Hotkeys, what else can I say. It's much easier to play with some hotkeys and a mouse instead of only the mouse. Especially when enemies we're closer then you thought.
An infinity level, much easier to gain experience.
Surrender option. For in case I'm playing a 50 waves level and need to drop out halfway through, this way it still can count the enemies you've defeated and thus give you the needed experience. Would be very useful during the infinity level ;)
Any chance you could be making a level-editor?
Possible bug: When a tower almost hits it's level-up experience the bar goes back at the beginning.
All in all it's a really great and beautifull game. Definetly 5/5 for this one. If not more.

If all your gems have returned to the cave via the Demon skill "Return Portal" by the end of the last round, you should still be able to get a "Brilliant" rating.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Needs sound on and off as SEPERATE options. I like the pew pew of the towers but I hate the shitjy alladin music that goes with it. Sounds stupid in total silence but is intolerable with stupid music dominating the game.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Assassins should not get their dodge bonus if they are frozen! That just doesnt make sense lol.
Great game otherwise.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
To begin with, I hate the TD games that only let you upgrade towers that have actually hit the most enemies. Secondly, there's no method of having towers prioritize targets (i.e., hit ninjas first; this sucks when you can't get your towers at the beginning to target them so it wears off in time for later defenses to act). Thirdly, those ninjas are terribly overpowered - might as well call this "ninja tower defense." Fourthly, no "reset skills" button - if your current "loadout" doesn't do the trick, tough luck - might as well keep grinding. 2/5; TD has been done to death, and done better so many times, that this game just doesn't cut it.

got 4 stars from me, its a good tower defense variation... but had some missing things... which has been pointed out by other players as well... i am not going to repeat them again.
