needs a tower or powerup that can make ninja's visible. Watching them run past all of my defenses is very demoralizing.

For those who said fireball is the only worthwhile spell ... what about assassins? Frenzy kills them dead but fireballs often miss.

i love it but it froze after i beat level 5 berfore i rated it5/5 but now it will get 0/5 i will trash it and never play again :( :( :(

Undead are clearly overpowered here... Fear+freeze are best combo against ninjas, and they also have best range AND burst when enemy first approaching. Compared to this - orcs and demons doesn't worth it.
And to those who can't kill ninjas - 5x fireball that does 400 dmg will kill anyone. Just max your mana pool and reduce cost/increase power of fireball. Again - fireball is only good spell worth mana spent. Cutting trees is, uhm, "technical spell" that used 1-2 times/level and frenzy is too costly/not affecting damn ninjas.

okay on max lvl its not a problem anymore but on the earlier ones i just lost, if such a guy just run straight through my lines... everything firing ... not taking any dmg.. and leaving my place without a single bullet in his west...

The ninjas are not the problem... the guys with evasion are... they sometimes go down in seconds and sometimes up to 8 lvl max towers attacking them not even hitting one single time...

The best thing I can recommend to you who are having trouble with level 14 - Make sure you have fearful crypts near the spawn points for the mobs, then hope that you proc fear. It's probably the only way that it'll stay away from your gems long enough to uncloak.

also the better way to get exp is 2 do level 2 because if you get excellent or brilleant it is over 100 exp so do that.

the last champion ninja at map 14 seems to be impossible to kill, he has 2500 hitpoints, fully upgraded meteor spam delivers 2000 dmg and the rest of 500 hitpoints is too much do deal with for the first hit befor goes invisible. anybody found a way to kill that bitch befor he touches a gem?

I have loads of problems getting a brilliant on levels 6 to 9 but I got brilliant on my first try on Avenue. Kind of unbalanced, eh? A later level is easier than some before it?

This game is the best tower-defence game i have ever played.
I jsut have one problem, i can't get brilliant in the 14th wave. After spamming all og my meteors it have still got a small piece of HP left :/

Way too easy of a game... Once you brilliant all of the levels there should be an endless mode or something to give reason to keep playing.

For everybody complining about the ninja bosses on the last few levels, the easiest way to kill them is get a hellfire Temple (maxed out area affect one) and have that be the first to hit him. It's maxed out ability slows down the boss and you can take him out before he get's to the gems.

Ok, this is a really good TD game except that the two most difficult enemies can't be stopped by towers, which in a TD game is not just annoying, its just bad game design. Ninjas can just go undetected by all your towers, forcing you to kill them with metors and meaning to kill the Ninja champions can't be done without a ton of upgrades. Additionally because the Assassins have a 50% chance to dodge every attack they have the possibility to walk through your entire defence taking no damage. This will probably only happen once a game, but it shouldn't be happening at all. It should be noted that these problems become very obvious when getting the hard badge, otherwise they aren't to much trouble. If you want to make the game more difficult then increase the health of all other enemies as they are arguably too easy.

like it, but i think achieving brilliant should bring more XP, first two rows are not that hard, but in the last 5 its so much luck depending on freeze/fear. also HOTKEYS!!

@Explosiveblob: the mana recharges even if you click 'attack' when you hit it your mana increased about 10 - 30 mana.
