I like that when a unit gains xp, they don't have to hit an enemy, but just has to attack. Makes it much more playable.

Hint for less skilled players: if you position a few towers near where the enemies appear, then put loads of towers by where the gems are, you end up with high level towers that almost kill ninjas in one shot, then your group of towers by the gems will kill them as they re-appear

Crap... I got every badge, after playing this game for (combined) about 10 hours... I didn't want it to end! Such a good game... I rated it a 5/5, for its pure addictiveness.

YESSSSS!!!!!! Beat lvl 14 at BRILLIANT on my very first go!!!!!!! Soooooo gald that I don't have to do that lvl again. Now for lvl 15 XD

@boxedmelody: and don´t build anything else at the entrance (like a den) it will hit the boss before the crypt and he just goes invisible.

To get Brilliant on LVL14, try to have at least one to three fully upgraded towers at both entrances and a full 500 mana with the meteor spell reduced to 100 cost. When the Ninja Boss comes on screen, hold the Shift key and multi-click the meteor spell to cast very quickly. Between the initial blast of the two towers and using the Shift key to multi-click meteor, you can kill him before he even gets half-way to the gems. (Make sure you have maxed out +50% xp for all towers.)

How in the world are you supposed to get a brilliant rating on level 14? Even with fully upgraded meteor spell, it's impossible to kill the level 10 ninja boss before he gets to your gems!

it makes me wonder that im the enemy in this game because to speed the game it says attack! so am in their leader or their enemy taunting them to attack

nice game but i'd have to agree on the general consensus...damn ninjas are powerful even for maxed out towers and a couple of meteors...

@BarryKun: dont build any other tower except Crypt near the entrance. It will Fear or Freeze the boss for you. Other towers just make it invisible and there's no way you can make it for the Brilliant

Just threw 5 fully upgraded meteor's on ninja boss. he has left about 5% hp. still he manages to make it all the way to my gems before leaving ghost state... I give up.

An old favorite of mine, and coming back to play it again. However, I have just remembered my old gripe- Swiftblades. With a 50% chance of missing hits, they are a LITTLE too overpowered... I'd argue that they are more annoying than Ninjas, as you can still send Meteors after the Ninjas... I'm glad this problem was corrected somewhat in the sequel to this game, though. And honestly, even WITH the Swiftblade issue, this game still gets a 5/5 score from me.

This is one of the best tower defence games of played. i love the different grounds, the choices of tower upgrades, the different enimies (except the ninjas, hate them ninjas) and most of all the how the skills are setup.
