now i did it with the fear path... i had a fifty percent chance and i lost... i hate this. to clarify i had five towers each with fifty percent chance of fear and three shots, but apparently only the first shot counts anyway... brargh

Great game 5/5! Only one problem, most of my time playing this game was spent grinding to get more skill points. I like the current upgrade system but mabye an increase in the number of skill points you get per level to 6 or 7. Thumbs up if you agree!

umm latsend i tried it again just to make sure and five fully upgraded meteors put him down to about 1/6 of his health. I've never seen it go any other way. mabye its just some difference in save files, but i doubt it. if you think of anything that could make the difference, let me know.

so really ... how much miss chance do those guys have 120% seriously, i have 70% chance of fear and it doesnt proc but i miss 4 out of 5 times, that really cheats cmon

Actually, to kill the champion ninjas you just need to max out your meteor spell and use that. It works through their cloak ability. To spam it just hold down shift. Beating level 14 has nothing to do with luck.

really impressed by how the crypt's projectiles retarget stuff, so helpful!
A way to disable towers to help grind up the lower ones would be nice if there's a sequel : )

OH I FOUND HOW TO BEAT LV 14 NINJA BOSS: Build crypts near your gems, DO NOT build them on the highground or near the enemy entrance, make sure they upgraded to fear before boss. When wave 49 ended, remove all towers except crypts, the ninja will rush to your gems, and your crypts will attack him. If he get feared, he will run back to the entrance and waste his cloak time. When he calm down and go to your gems, his cloak is end, your crypts will rape him.

I love the game, but I agree that the ninja champions are bugged in that you can't even kill level 14's in the max meteor shots for this i have to give you four bleeding foreheads (just got done conversing with the wall after failing to get brilliant for the 67934th time)

While a really great game in general, and especially great for tower defense, it needs more stages. Something to help encourage players to continue playing in order to level more and get more skills.

Why is it taking so long to load now? I played this game for the first time this morning, and it loaded in 5 seconds. Now when I try to play, it takes 5 seconds to load 5 kilobytes- this is taking FOREVER. What the hell?

Assassin: 50% dodge my ass. I love to see one walk through about eight 4th-5th level upgraded towers shooting at it under frenzy plus a meteor or two, surviving all the way to my gems, and halfway back again. Now I have to start the level ALL OVER again.

i hate the assassins who SAY that they dodge 50% of the time, but when i checked, it ended up being 20% after checking over several level plays.

Part 2 of other post: sorry for above, switch frozen crypt to earthen crypt and make upgrades cave crypt(fear) and golem crypt(crit), switch crypt's upgrades to same as here. now, onto temples. temple/icy temple/ruined temple: temple is same as here, icy temple can upgrade into frozen temple(increases damage taken) and cloud temple(attacks all within range at once) ruined temple can upgrade into veangance temple (damage over time) and haunted temple (fear). max upgrades- icicle den: ice fort (increased fire rate, damage, and range, no added spec. effects) drift den: tundra den (increase dmg,DOT) catapult den: trebuchet den(shot splits halfway through) crag den: cliff den (increased range, crit) cave crypt: tunnel crypt ( does 50 dmg to first enemy that enters, fear) golem crypt: Gaia crypt (high crit, slow) jungle crypt: trent crypt (high slow, DOT) ancient crypt: (just thought of it, fear) cursed crypt: (high fear, increase damge taken).

I think the game that should be first is one you can play over and over again. Sure this is a good game, but, everyone gets sick of it eventually.

It's a shame i had to add a play to rate it 1/5 because the game is decent at best but it is nowhere near as good as Epic battle fantasy 3 and i do like TD just this one sucks due to alot of issues and doesn't deserve it's high rank

Ninjas kick my ass. I know I'm supposed to use the Meteor spell on them when they turn invisible (since they can run all the way from start to the cave while invisible), but when I click on the Meteor spell, the game slows to a crawl, and my cursor flickers around the play area, so it's damn difficult to aim the spell properly.

in case a sequel is made, have every tower be able to be built everywhere, but with small differences and more powerful on regular ground type.den/snowy den/ boulder den. den: same as here. snowy den: can become icicle den and drift den. ( icicle den does crit, drift den slows enemies but does low damage) boulder den: fires slower, can become catapult den (like ballista den, but more direct damage and less splash damage)and crag den(like orcish and icicle dens). crypt/frozen crypt/ overgrown crypt (changed crpyt to rock)crypt can become shadow crypt(fear) or soul crypt(has chance to absorb soul/charge from enemy)frozen crypt is like the crypt here. overgrown crypt can become jungle crypt (slows enemies) and sometihng else. haven't thought of one.

i hate this game so much WHY IS IT SO HARD? its like hey you unlocked a new level! congrats! dont even try for at least 5 more level ups cuz this game is a friggin massacre!! it is so basic two one upgrade path really games from 2007 have better upgrade paths! AND the ninjas holy crap the assasins an ninjas just rob all ur gems in like 2 seconds and they look like pirates and a cloud i HATE THIS GAME!!

Why do we even need gems? Losing gems does not stop us from being bad.
(Ie: shouldn't there be an in-level penalty for losing gems, if gems are of enough value to keep you from killing goodies when you lose them?)
