Great... Cant play this game :S Could before... Now the game freezes or something... and I get 999999999 exp from the first level :S Very odd

Hmm... for level 14 wave 40 I didn't even build a hellfire. I stuck with frost towers on the upper hills, then built the mana bonus spots, then pretty much focused on scout towers by destroying forests (converting mana to gold). I found harvesting forests was absolutely KEY to level 14. You'd get the gold needed to build your buildings and get upgrades. I mostly built catapults from the green buildings on the left side, and mostly frost towers on the right side. Also, don't forget to harvest the trees on the lava spots, and build temples there with excess cash before the last wave. Wave 40 I had enough mana to wipe the stealther out with inferno.

@mnaitzme12 yes,you can destroy him,i did,with a bunch of hellfire templeas and two fearful crypts(srsly,it took them because of the f***ing epic names)

wave 40. last level = not possible. fix it or i change my rating. ive tried 30 different strategies. and that guy always has like 10 hp left right before he grabs a gem.

I do wish that there was more towers to place instead of only 3... but over all the game is well based out, but i have one more complaint-please add a reset button on the skills.

at first i thought it would be boring becuase there are only 3 types of towers but this is one of the most adicting and fun games on kongregate!

it would be awesome if this game has a survival mode.
cos sometimes i feel the game ends too quickly, and i wanna fully upgrade everything! wahahaha.

Lvl 14 brilliant is really hard but not impossible !!
My tactic is simple - 4 crypts in the corners high spots, 2 ballists at the start of the road each side. Than 3 crypts in the top left, just behind the high spot.
Its all because the last lvl 50 monster, that has 2500 life and its hard to kill.
Upgrade crypts for the left skill, and you will have 25% chance to stop the monster channeling the spell !! (in this case it wont be invisible anymore) and thats all.
You probably will have to try do that like 3 or 4 times. In my opinion it is the easiest way to win this lvl.

This game is awesome, EXCEPT for the the buttons that you have to have your mouse pointer positioned perfectly over to click!!! That is getting really annoying! I try to respond quickly and click on a button but nothing happens because I have to move the pointer half a millimeter to the left.

ARGH!!! I cannot get that last badge! Second to the last level just does me in.. I don't even know if the last level is gonna give me this big a headache too.

This game is good, but it shouldn't be the highest rated on Kong.
What about:
-Raze
-Endless War 4
-Bloons TD4
or any number of others.

IF YOU'RE HAVING TROUBLE WITH SAVING:
You might have cleared your browser history, or have it set to auto-clear. Undo that, and the save files should stay. It worked for me.

It is seriously very hard to get a brilliant rating when the ninjas are invisible without the defense tower shooting and the ninjas can easily move to get the gems.

Seriously. 5 Seconds is more than enough time to rush the gem spot on levels 6-9. Especially 9, due to the fact that they have to walk about 10 feet to get there.

the games great, but i am fed up that after 3 hrs in the game. Logging off and eating lunch, then coming back to find that my game was not saved at all and lost a bunch of progress. Has anyone figured out how to save?

I think that "return portal" is a must get skill,and 1 minute is still too long x_x(on some levels)

I can see why this is the top rated game on kongregate. Well done, sir, very well done. This game provides a challenge without being impossible, and it is very satisfying to to be an evil lord. THe graphics are appealing, the music is fitting, and the upgrade system for your character is fair without practically giving the upgrades away or making you do a level five times just to get enough points for something. 5/5.

would be nice if instead of "all gems kept", it was "5 gems kept" because the 6th gems only helps to get good rating and nothing else

faster leveling would be better than extra points per level, and the assassins ability needs to be changed from 50% dodge chance to 25% chance, because it is effectively 80% right now.

hate ninjas, but once you get a couple of high level temples, theyre done very fast, with no life, and not dodging the ground exploding temples

Is it JUST me, or is LEVEL 9 just a little too close for comfort? I end up fighting for my life trying to click the Meteors before the ninjas got to the gems, and lag nearly made me miss xD this game is intense, 5/5

Great game 5/5! Only one problem, most of my time playing this game was spent grinding to get more skill points. I like the current upgrade system but mabye an increase in the number of skill points you get per level to 6 or 7. Thumbs up if you agree!

The assassin enemies are by far the worst feature of this game, a HUGE design flaw. Introducing luck into a tower defense game is always a dangerous proposition, but to give an enemy a 50% dodge chance against EVERY attack in the game is just madness. I've watched a low-level assassin dodge fifteen ghost missiles and every meteor I could throw at him to steal one of my gems. That's not strategy, it's just cheap. Come on, guys. This is, otherwise, one of the best tower defense games I've ever played. Give the assassin a real ability, not that cheesy cop-out. How about, every time it gets hit, it teleports forward a little bit? That would be dangerous, but not the cheese-fest the enemy currently is.
This game would be 4/5, but the assassin takes it down to a 3/5. All the very good choices you made don't make up for such a terrible mistake; and it would have been so easy to avoid! ;~;
