Just realized the character casually swaps which hand he holds the sword and shield in. Smooth, lol. But yeah aside from some of the really weird art and meh animation, really fun gameplay wise.

are there only 2 acts? i finished the game on "normal", where end of act 2 but dont know what happens next? no ending or more levels. is there more if you beat all levels on hard and impossible. it would be great if you could keep levelling up. seems a waste of time if you cant keep going to help with the impossible levels.

Legendary items are useless... Wepons included... Cant get a full resist set, Weapins do not ignore armor and barriers .. So use gems on Epics

Alright, played both available classes. Must say: Warrior is the only valid class here for several reason: A) The sorc has no reliable cc's like the shield-attack. The +25% HP-recovery on potions is way too awesome. And (although the description states different:) that sorcs need to get in close combat they somewhat lose what i would think was an implied edge of em. My sorc was getting toasted in lvl 3 the first time. The warrior though ran through all the dungeons with ease (having had no chest-armor till late Stage 1-4^^). The characters need a balancing there.

@dorestes Not true. It takes some patience, but it is perfectly possible to have "full" protection with a legendary set.

Suggestion to add icons for the status of your character. Like frozen, attack reduced by plague zombies, or I think my attack speed is reduced sometimes but I can't be sure or why
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Given how incredibly important resistance to status effects is, it's sort of annoying that even the best legendary set only gives immunity to two status effects.

The knight is apparently ambidextrous--he switches his main hand and his shield hand depending on which direction he's turned!

Gets boring. I feel like I'm fighting for nothing if I can only get to level 20. And all the armor is the same. I'm suppose to become a god with overpowered armor through all my hard work, but instead it is a game a chance. The quality and level of the armor is all based on chance. I just feel like this game has left me hanging. It is a good game though, but overall, I give it 3 stars.

Nice little game but a bit monotonous... I REALLY MISS a list in skill and/or inventory screen that shows the current effects from equipped items (f.ex. freeze % and immunity to shock a.s.o.).
I dont care much about the story in these kinda games, but this is unusually bad - and often illogical, like; dont tell me to search for a gem without telling me its dangerous to touch it..!!!

The graphics are good, it runs well enough, the music is nice (but a little bit monotonous in the long run). But at the end it's sadly rather boring. It's the same all the time, you don't have anything to do, you just click and watch the little guy fight the same kind of monsters again and again and again. If there would be a captivating story, some kind of a real goal to work towards too at least. But not really. All in all it's a mediocre game from the assembly line.

Am I the only one who feels that the legendary equipment is worse than what you can get in the missions and from the Gambler?

A thoroughly entertaining and relaxing little game, lacking very little to be five star. I would love to see a sequel, and should that come to fruition, I would hope the developer, at the very least, grant consideration to some of the constructive criticism found in this forum.

This game longs for some sort of crafting system to upgrade items. And better legendary rolls, my buyable legendaries from the shop are absolutely horrible
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Not a terrible game but the rewards are low and the are is...I dunno...super annoying is the best thing I can come up with.

Finished Impossible difficulty on stage 2-6 which is the hardest stage with Purple items, there is 0 incentive to get the set items since they have terrible stats, even after exiting and loading to get set items to roll new stats they are still super terrible.
Example: Reaper's Hand 25-36 Damage (+7 dmg modifier) still does less damage than my current mainhand broadsword 31-38 Damage (+7 damage modifier), sure the hand has +4 Mana leech, but wtf does that matter at all at the later stages in the game? 4 mana is nothing and you can get up to 100+ mana from using a single Health potion, so it's a freakin useless affix on the item, and it's the same with all the set items, the set bonus is horrible as well. imo the set bonus should be immunities to everything and set items should have dps affixes, not the dumpster stats they have now, anyway no incentive to continue playing so not going to, good luck with whatever you do with the game.

I have finished Act II up to impossible difficulty, but it is not moving on to an Act III. Is my game glitched? Must I be level 20 for Act III?

So, I decided to do some digging around to see if this game still being worked on, and I found a clear answer: https://twitter.com/IriySoft/status/781798240765214720
...No. 2/5, anyway; you know your game went overboard with the difficulty when you literally have to drink a health potion EVERY TIME you encounter an enemy with noticeably stronger attack power than you have. Also, too many items that lower Attack Speed; this game demands enough luck as it is.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Oh, and Freeze is broken! - Way too OP as it is.. You can be perma-frozen, and all you can do is drink potions and hope you get a turn where the freeze didn't proc.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Also, the counter attack isn'ta counter attack, it's more like an enraged hit.
You block,
You wait for their next attack,
Then you attack and it says counterattack. <<<<< This is WRONG!
The Counterattack should be called something like Overpower... where you hit back with 120% of your actual damage.
Problem there is that when you chain together a series of blocks, you only get ONE counterattack.... which is bullshit IMO.
Considering going for the Attacker style, rather than defender..as Defender trait line is broken, in a bad way.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The 100% chance to counter attack doesn't work... It should be that I block, and then the counter happens, but it doesn't... so that's not a 100% chance to counter... like the trait says it is.

Ok got Act two 100% and the story doesn't continue? The guild master said do hard and impossible missions while he tries to find info on the next gem and nothing.

my strategy (finished med badge with war lv 14): get a 10%+ chance to freeze for one item (mine's a sword). get a "very fast" sword. get the shield with the highest block % you can find, or the one with a high block % and % special attack chance. get % special attack chance for the rest (the one comboed with immune to xxx status, -xx damage from enemies, return xx damage to enemies are better. avoid the one with -xx% attack speed). skill distribution (per lv, until lv 13): shield bash 2x, bracing drink 1x, counterattack 2x, bracing drink 1x, counterattack 1x, superior interception 1x, bracing drink 1x. when you collected your % special attack chance items, reset the stat to: 2x shield bash, 3x counterattack, 1x superior interception, 2x whirlwind, 1x crushing blow. raise crushing blow twice after that to learn glorious battle. max your crushing blow after that. hope it helps.

My number 1 tip is that you can stock up on health potions far quicker by grinding level 1 than by collecting money to buy them.

ee lvl 20 max??, I'm not even finished with the main quest!?
Sorry for all the complaining, but it just surprises me. This is a really good game but with some really strange flaws, like those I've already mentioned. Fix those and it's solid! (and get some more content like f.ex. upgradable camp, with forge, tailors and what not ;) )

That locked door on every stage on hardmode is super annoying, what's the point anyway, it's not that I'm NOT gonna open every chest I see, nor is it any kind of 'puzzle' to find the key!? That zooming on the door thing is just tedious.
