I completed the original on Hard difficulty, and still found the desert and jungle levels to be a good challenge. I thought the last few levels of the game were quite easy though...maybe I was just used to the game by that point? But thanks for the game--it was a lot of fun!

I'm having lot of trouble with the Blood Tricksters at jungle level. I would really appreciate any tips against them. Great game though but a bit unforgiving with the difficulty, but that's the way I like it.

its a good idea to put a tower to spawn allies then a ranged tower so they can get more shots in also I suggest increasing your towers closer to your base well not base thingy that u gotto protect and keep your hero there to he may save you lives :) also use your powers wisely

This is for anyone who is getting confused about what is a 1 star, 2 star, etc.
0-7 hearts left is one star.
8-17 is 2 star.
And 18-20 is 3 star.

Beating the game is fun! The best tactic I've found depends on the places available to build towers on:
- if the road arcs around the spot, build an AOE tower
- the closest spot to the spawn has to be a strong mage tower
- make the inner most spot in a cluster a sniper tower so it gives extra range to all towers around
- make the last towers as mage towers, the ones that spawn deathknights and undead.
- add some tribal towers and rogue towers for flavor.
Bazinga! No lives lost. :-)

I wish they would allow full refunds, especially at the start of the round. It's annoying to restart the round every time you misclick on a different tower.
