In this game as well as the last, if you put soldiers, reinforcements, and melee attacking heroes in the same area, and one enemy comes along, only the group nearest to the enemy will attack it. So for example an executioner will come along and a pair of reinforcements will attack it on their own while the upgraded soldiers stand idly by. The soldiers won't attack until the reinforcements are dead and the executioner comes closer, or if another enemy comes and walks past the reinforcements. You can get around this problem only if you put all of your rally points on the exact same pixel. If a bunch of troops are standing near each other, I'd like them all to attack together, and not allow the enemy to kill them one by one.

Some nice improvements over the first one, did notice the same issues & downsides are other posts. I play these to waste time without putting much effort or thought into them. The first game I was able to get through all 3 Game Modes without much challenge, this time around I'm having some trouble with the Heroic & Iron on a couple levels which I'm doing it on Casual. There's something wrong if beating a level on the easiest difficulty requires watching a youtube video or playing a cracked version. Normal & Veteran are there for anyone who wants the challenge, Casual should take little effort like the first Kingdom Rush.

What on Earth happened to this game's mic quality? You can tell that all the lines from the original Kingdom Rush sound really nice, high-quality, very crisp. Then you get that grainy low-quality stuff from the new lines? I want to get behind that awesome "Blood and Sand!" line, but you raised my expectations and then failed to deliver. That being said, the game still has solid gameplay, and I like the addition of the Hero characters.

So for example an executioner will come along and a pair of reinforcements will attack it on their own while the upgraded soldiers stand idly by. The soldiers won't attack until the reinforcements are dead and the immortal comes closer, or if another enemy comes and walks past the reinforcements. This is less of a problem when there are lots of enemies, but if there are one or two, it reduces the value of putting lots of foot soldiers and melee-attacking heroes in one spot. You can get around this problem only if you put all of your rally points on the exact same pixel. If a bunch of troops are standing near each other, I'd like them all to attack together, and not allow the enemy to kill them one by one.

Achievement SPLASH: Click the mermaid(?)/fish-thing on Buccaneer map. It appears under the pirate ship that is in the upper left of your screen. It jumps out of the water near the rear o the ship.

My game didn't end the mission after I beat the Genie, and naturally when I refreshed, that progress wasn't saved. There goes an hour.
