I have to admit the game feels somewhat... lacking. Can't quite place my finger on it, but the original felt as if it offered more options and more stuff to do even before I bought the extra bits

Frontiers feels lackluster. It is exactly the same as the previous. This could've been improved by adding towers, p.e. a fifth one. Also the main thing that bothered me was the difficulty curve. There was no sense of progression whatsoever. Some lvls were a complete joke, others were just impossible without the right upgrades. 2/5 The only two things giving this game 2 stars for me are the (veteran) ironhide and heroic challenges.

This game has many bugs that they dont even auto save, when you need to go fast, you just close the tab, and when you come back, you see there is no save and you need to start over again, it happen to me 4 times now! :@ IMA MAD!

Great sequel. The new 4th level towers are great, but I wish there was more variety. Some completely new towers would be great, and keeping the old 4th level towers and adding these new ones would be awesome. The premium heroes are also annoying, maybe have them all obtainable in a premium pack with some extra levels as well. Having to buy each one individually is expensive and time consuming. Still, great game. 4/5

So, how is this game any different from the first?
It's a good game, it plays smoothly, the style is great but it feels like I'm playing the first game all over again.
The levels are easy, way too easy even, the unit types are pretty much the same up to the point I played and there's no real incentive to keep me playing, nothing luring me to go further and get these new skills, that new spell, fight those unique new enemies.
None of that seems to be in this game, or atleast not for the couple of maps I've played. I don't want to play for hours with the same boring old units and skills just to get to the "new" stuff.

the game is challenging untill you unlock the mecha walkers, they are OP and with the beast master, you dont even need foot soldiers hardley

A bug: I went to load my save game and accidentally pressed the delete save button in the corner, it brought up a green check and a red X. Nervously, since I had put a lot of time into that save, I just hit the close button at the bottom of the screen. Now whenever I go to load that save, it still asks me if I want to confirm the delete, except there is no green check or red X to choose from. Essentially, my game is gone. I know, it probably won't happen often, but it's a bug that sucks hard when it does.

Found a bug or something about The Invisibile Saurian
When I put reinforcement in front of them (in invisible mode) the soldiers can attack them but their health won't reduce
and I couldn't attack the normal one instead.

This game really needs to make people be signed in to play this game, that way their games will be saved to the account like most games do like Balloons tower defense 5, I deleted history and cache to make a game run smoother and deleted my game in the progress unknowingly after putting so much time into this game it makes me not even want to start again

Every time I load up the game, it has to download the game from scratch. This is the only game on Kongregate that's done that.
