In level 2, Sandhawk Hamlet... wtf is that electric tire thing for? I click it and it seems like it wants to do something but I can't figure out what. I've put all sorts of towers next to it, button-clicked-mashed... No luck. Anyone else figure it out?

A few of the hidden achievements if you’re having trouble:
The singing frog is at the lake of “Sape Oasis.”
The mermaid appears in the upper left of “Buccaneer’s Den.”
The SOS bottle appears in the river of “Snapvine Bridge.”
The alien hunters can be found at the upper left of “Crimson Valley,” the upper right of “Snapvine Bridge,” and the upper middle of “Lost Jungle.”
Dr. Walton is the monkey that appears in wave 6 of “Temple of Saqra.” Click the runes below: middle, left, right.
Hope this helps.

At the end make one barracks just to be safe, and put 2 or 3 artillery near it. Give one excellent ground coverage. End up with that tower an earthquaker, and the others mechs. Only give the mechs missiles, and only give the earthquaker drill if you have extra money. You should have necromancers at key positions, and put your hero by the necromancer tower closest to your gate. Do the same with archers as in the middle, and if you already have one or two necromancers make the other type of mage tower with your other mages.

About halfway through the game: Try to pair up barracks, one is fine, but don't upgrade them unless you have nothing left to upgrade. Build your artillery near the barracks again, pick the mage positions, build a couple of the mages then build more archers. When you have filled in your building spots (Sometimes there's no point to building in spots that need clearing unless they are at the end of the path the enemy takes) upgrade a couple archers that should be around 3 or 4 towers to crossbowman with max abilities. When your fighters are having trouble you upgrade your artillery. If you can put the artillery in a spot near the fighters that is at a corner or has lots of ground covered by its range, do so. The earthquake tower is the most important to give ground. Give it the fire upgrade and move on. Don't bother maxing mages until you have necromancer, and even then you can generally not upgrade the necromancer at all. Do so if you have extra cash.

Correcting mustard: What your strategy is widely depends on how far you are in the game. In the beginning you should make barracks in pairs, when you have assassins you get their pickpocket ability then leave them. Make your artillery positions second. pick 3 or 4 key positions for mages, then build your archers everywhere else. You build your mages last. When you upgrade the archers make them all level 2, then all level 3, so on and so forth. Don't upgrade a few really far.

Here are some must-have tips for you gamers:
1) always use barracks in pairs. What this means is having 2 barrack towers stationed next to each other and rallying the troops to guard the exact same position. This provides an extra, tough layer of protection.
2) Near your barracks, always station Archer towers and upgrade them as soon as possible. Mage towers should be your next priority, followed by Artillery. Artillery is especially useful when facing giant hordes of enemies, since it targets multiple enemies at a considerably high damage. They are great to be positioned near barracks, since this is where enemies will be slowed down, allowing one to pound them with bombs.

Any way of avoiding that "boom boom boom boom boom BADING!" at the beginning?? It's kinda antisocial and annoying when I'm trying to watch something at the same time...

The one thing missing from this game, apart from a fast-forward button, is progress on achievments. I am trying to get the Alibaba achievment, but have no idea how close I am.

unlike the first one, this game didn`t make me stick to it for so long. on the other hand, way more enjoyable in short sessions than the other one...
