clicks on game , gets advertisment that will end after 30 secs , says screw that and keeps reloading til advertising goes away

I don't have software that deletes cookies, google chrome allows them (or at least it has for other games?) and I'm not even exiting the browser. Simply going to the main menu removes all of my progress. It's almost like it doesn't even attempt to save it. What was a really fun game just became terrible because of it's inability to save my progress which is no fault of my own.

heroes are on armor games but not on here which sucks because i got premium content on here but not on armor games, you get 3 free heroes but 4 of them are premium

I lost my fully completed saved game yesterday. Started a new one last night and just found out that save is gone too.
Come on guys, this is a great game. The only one I paid for on Kong. Nothing has changed and all my other games save fine. Have a look into the save issue please.

Whole progress (full set of achievements!!!) is screwed up THIRD time! Guys, what on earth you're doing with audience? I will not play it any more! Good bye!

My games do not save. And my browser is set up to store cookies. I have completed lvl 1 and exited to main menu, when I press start there is no game saved at all. What can I do, any suggestions? Thanks

@ all five of the last posters, read the game news to the right of the game screen. This will help with the save issue.
